Cozy restaurant with modern casual decor. The wait staff are all friendly and courteous. Food came out quickly too. Everything was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. We ordered the soup dumplings, chicken fried rice, scallion pancake, beef pancake roll, and clear broth beef noodle soup. With lots of choices and reasonable prices, we will be returning to try out other items on the menu.

My friend invited me to lunch to celebrate my upcoming birthday. First time here and he ordered the shrimp with pecan, dumpling and some beef rolls. It was very delicious and there was plenty of food for 2. I enjoyed the food, it was not too salty. The food came out pretty fast and the service was good. I am definitely bringing my Wife and Family here. I am surprised that this is located in Stafford. Come check them out, you will enjoy the food.

I finally tried this place out and I’m mad I didn’t do it sooner. I went in during my lunch break and ordered the chicken chow main, cucumber salad and veggie eggrolls. Food was fresh and piping hot when it came out. Flavor was on point and they brought my food out fairly quick! I can’t wait to go back and try other items on the menu! I highly recommend the chicken chow main!

Loved the Xiao Long Bao here. It had a slight doughy texture on the top and the flavor was great. The flavors here gave me a bit of the Din Tai Dung vibes, definitely want to check out the beef noodle soup my next visit. The pan fried dumplings were great. Loved how they flip it so that it stays crispy / doesn’t get soggy as it sits out. Got the pork and chive dumplings and chicken and corn dumplings. Both were very flavorful.

My mom & I have been wanting to try Steam Dumpling since they opened. Walk in order on the kiosk was easy. The food was fresh and made to order which is great! The fried rice was yummy with great flavor. The wide noodles are so good perfect amount of sauce and spice. Chicken chicken fried perfectly generous amount of seasoning. My mom loved the beef pancakes.

The food here was amazing. Everything was flavorful and they have big portions. Beef pancakes were 10/10. I can’t wait to go back and try the beef noodles. It was our first time and we ordered almost everything. Delicious!!!

I am upset that I received noodle soup with NO SOUP. When I call they advise me they remember my order and placed soup with my meal and “maybe my driver stole it”; which makes no sense because they picked up a second order that had everything I ordered!! They have a beautiful little loophole on uber since there isn’t an option for missing soup!! They also took away the option to leave a comment on uber eats. Thank you, because I needed to stop spending money on uber eats and I clearly never need to spend any money here again.
