We were looking for a beef tartar recommendation and were sent here. The beef tartar did not disappoint, was above expectations.
Warm bread and butter were served once the orders were taken.
Food was served in fairly good time which was expected because it wasn’t too crowded.
The portions are small and it didn’t help that the plates were huge.
Room for improvement considering the prices.

I wouldn’t say this is the best steakhouse in Hamburg but it’s actually ok there. The atmosphere is very classy and elegant but not somewhere I would go often, also i ordered a well done steak but got medium rare so didn’t like that. Our waitress was nice and friendly and actually enjoyed the wine and salad.

Kobe A4/A5 Prime Cut
Danish Dry-aged Ribeye
& Canadian Striploin.
It was carved at our table.
The service was top and quick, very friendly staff, and the dessert was also yummy.
I recommend it for good juicy quality steaks.

Terrible experience. My wife and I were looking forward to a nice lunch. Had a reservation at 3pm, ordered one steak with fries and tuna tartar (which is an appetizer by the way) at 03:05pm. Until 03:55 pm no food. After asking no further information. We complained for waiting this long especially considering the restaurant was basically empty. There were three other groups who already ate when we arrived and were about to pay. So there was no reason for our food being this delayed. If there would have been any heads up or apologies when we complained and asked about the delay, we might have waited longer, but 50 min for one steak, fries and a tartar is not OK considering the prices and an empty restaurant. Moreover the desk light on the table had a nasty stain which we had to look at the whole time.
I understand that this is obviously not a fast food restaurant, but especially considering the level of the restaurant, the price, the emptiness of the time, there is no excuse for having to wait 50 min plus for a steak, fries and a tartar. Moreover I would have expected better communication from one of the six staff members.

We have tried MASH as per the internet recommendation. The steak house looked very spacious and the interior fits the style of food and beverage. The starters were ok despite some modifications that we consider as strange. The steaks were very well prepared. No doubt here. If you are a meat lover! stop by. You will love it.
