My family and I are in town for the dragonboat world championship, and decided to try this place out. We got there around 4, so a bit early for dinner, so we were one of three parties there. The place was small, but I think there may have been other dining rooms because we kept seeing people carrying flower arrangements come through, so guessing there was a private event in the other room. After we placed our orders, it didn’t take long for the food to come.
They have a kids menu which was nice since we had our kids with us. Both kids ordered chicken nuggets, and seemed to enjoy it, but being from the U.S , they were in not used to the lack of salt on the fries. I ordered the rump steak, and it was ok. The sauce was so so, and the meat was just ok for me. My husband ordered one of the steak platters, and he thought the eat was fine, but didn’t really like the sauce. We also ordered escargot to share. That was also just ok. I would suggest passing on it.
Overall, the food satisfied our hunger, but not sure that I would go again.

First time in a Restaurant where the waiter asks me to speaker not loud. There were just 1 table with 3 customers and the waiter comes to me for that. While i was just me having dinner in a serious call with my family. There are more restaurants on Brandenburg with delicious meat dishes. So not needed to go to El Gaucho. A place where yes, you can get good meat but the waiter does not make you feel confortable at all.
