Honesty Honestly
I just wanted a large strawberry and banana smoothie minutes before arriving to work. I sat in the drive threw menu on the right side and watched many order on the leftside drive threw past and go before my order was taken for about 10 min. When I finally reached the window to get my smoothie, I was totally shock of the the quantity of a large. Tesha the manager said it’s a button they push and that’s all I get. At first she was not allowing me to get a word in at all which caused me to become even more annoyed. I never seen such amount for a large smoothy. I didn’t even have the time left before going to work as a semi truck driver. I ask for a refund. I received a refund demanding a receipt. I don’t appreciate being treated like I don’t matter after sitting in line for over 15 minutes and couldn’t even accommodate me for the inconvenience. I will not come to this location ever again. And hopefully this review will help others receive a better experience then what I had to go threw before work.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jyaire at the drive-thru window. He was incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. Customer service feels like it’s disappearing these days, but he truly embodies what great service should look like. Thank you, Jyaire, for the friendly conversation while you were preparing the sweet teas for my mom—it really made our day. Keep doing what you’re doing; it absolutely doesn’t go unnoticed.

i’ve literally never had a good experience here. people are beyond rude and mess up the orders all the time. just came there and there was an older lady at the window refusing to give us our sauce that comes with the chicken nuggets because we didn’t pay extra for it. mind you it comes with the chicken nuggets meal as it always has. i also asked for buffalo and they gave me something in a clear container, i dont even know what it is but it isn’t buffalo sauce. then the lady at the window finally gave us our sauce and slammed the window. beyond unprofessional. i get home and look at my burger that i added bacon to, and they gave me one tiny piece the size of my thumb. i paid extra for that. overall this mcdonald’s is just rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate of any of their customers. this is only one of probably 100 bad experiences at this location alone.

This has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The absolute worst attitudes from all the staff. The drive thru is a 20 minute or more experience. The individual that took my money decided that it was more important to have his phone on speaker and discuss the chicken Alfredo he wanted for dinner than to take my money or the people behind me orders.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for over 10 years ,within the last month. Their service has gotten worse than anything I’ve ever seen. I won’t be going back. I sat in the drive-through with one car in front of me for 15 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich they were rude and wouldn’t give me a receipt. This was at 10 after six in the morning. They were not busy at all. The doors were locked pathetic.

Workers Have the biggest attitude. they never know how to behave and treat you like an animal going through a cattle pen.
They finish your order without saying thank you pull around while giving you attitude. If you didn’t finish your order they won’t let you add something and they just say pull up. and this is not the first second or third time this has occurred.

I will now outright the avoiding the store
I don’t expect the red carpet. But I shouldn’t feel like a problem from a 20 second interaction

Not them serving me a biscuits and gravy with a gravy in a bowl and the biscuit on the side wrapped in a towel? What kind of craziness is that? Not only that, i get my hash browns and the employees peeled the monopoly pieces off of every hashbrown bag! Definitely dont waste your time here!!!! Gross!

Very clean and fast. Modern with an ordering kiosk. If you use the McDonald’s App specials be sure to order first and then scan the QR code on your phone. I had the breakfast special and it was so good that it was almost gone before I took a picture.
