I call three times no one can answer the phone. I was give not only the wrong shake but a “shake” that was straight up frothed milk. Not only that if we have to pay for side things like cheese, then that’s also something that should be in the bag. Now if your machine is not working say something cause I would’ve much rather a drink rather then frothed milk and maybe the rest of my order. SMH.

I went through the drive thru on 1/16 at 446pm and when I got home I realized I got the wrong order. I called the store and spoke the manager, she knew they gave me garlic cheeseburgers by mistake before I said anything. She went on and apologized and took my full name letting me know I can come back within 2 weeks to get my order remade. I came back today and my name was not in the book and when I told them what phone # i called they told me that was not their phone # and without a receipt they would not remake my order. Luckily i did have the receipt and i verified the phone # on the receipt and it proves I called the right store. Not sure why lie about the phone #, why my name was written down when the manager was really nice about it and why i had to show my receipt in order to prove that I was there the day before. i got home and my fries were cold. I had a bad interaction when I just wanted to get the food that I paid for the day before that I did not get.

Darius welcomed us today when we walked in the door while preparing someone’s order! That’s a great way to set the tone for a pleasant visit! I’m a huge fan of the Garlic Steakburger and smaller cut fries and Darius cooked them to perfection ! I really enjoyed the Biscoff Milkshake too!
During our visit we got to see one of the employees roll up all the mats for cleaning and return them looking great!

The food was ok, the fries don’t taste any different to me despite now being called “beef tallow fries obsessively all over the menu” and every sign being all about beef tallow. For a restaurant called “Steak’n’Shake” and not “Fries’n’Fat” they don’t seem to care about the milkshakes or the steak burgers. Staff was great. Everything else was meh or eyeroll worthy. Won’t be back until they’re done bragging about Flag size.

Food was very greasy and ridiculously expensive. Ordered on a kiosk, waited for it to be prepared, went and picked it up ourselves, and they asked for and apparently expected a tip!! Threw a lot of it away because it was too greasy to eat!!

After a long time since my last trip to Steak and Shake, I’m very happy to say that their double cheeseburgers are still awesome. I’m not a fan of ordering from the kiosk, but it wasn’t difficult. The results were really good.

This Steak n Shake on So. Veterans is always meticulously clean with great food and service. Everytime we are there, the manager is actively helping his staff and talking to his customers. We go to this Steak n Shake to support the manager who obviously works hard and takes pride in his restaurant.

I went through the drive thru. They got my order wrong. I went inside and told them it was wrong only to be looked at like I’m the one who messed up. I told them what my order was. I was assured that it was right. I should have looked again … Because it was wrong yet again. I had already arrived home, ready to eat, when I found out. I tried calling several times with no answer.

The food is always amazing and made with care. The shakes are great as well. I however was a little disappointed in the banana shake. I assumed it was a fresh banana shake however it was more like banana pudding. It was still very good. I gave it to my father to enjoy. Nothing again steak and shake everything was great.
