Chris was an amazing bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings! He made the night super friendly, fast, and kept the good vibes going the whole time. Drinks were perfect, service was on point, and he made everyone feel welcome. Definitely coming back because of him!

Been here quite a few times. The orders are always wrong. Nothing is consistent. Always an issue with the food. Tonight they couldn’t even get the chips right (everything was oil soaked and stale). It’s literally chips.. I feel bad for the servers because it’s seems to be a management / kitchen issue but this location is awful. Even when it’s not completely full it’s always something. The location in Hixson is a million times better. Management should be fired and replaced with someone who can actually run this place.

Unfortunately, what started as a plan to watch Thursday Night Football with my Hubs and enjoy some yummy food, turned out to be just wanting to hurry up and get out of BWW. Thursday Night football, Commanders at Packers. We arrive about 5 mins or so before kickoff, no wait and PLENTY of seating, but the sign says “Please Wait to be Seated”, so we do. No problem as we know BWW needs to manage the wait staff and the number of table they support. We are finally greetes and are seated with menus, at a tall table in the bar area. Then we wait. And wait. I ask my Hubs if he’s checked. The time, to which he said, yes, already started (we’ve been burned before). We were about ready to give up, when our waitress comes over, with trainee in tow. Gets our drink order, and we said we’re ready to order, as we’ve had AMPLE time to review the menu. We ordered the Pick 6 for $19.99. Two burgers, one order tots, one order french fries and two soft drinks. And we waited. And waited. I noticed other patrons who were sat after us received food before we did. The food… Fries, small, broken, no flavor. Tots, greasy flavor. Burgers, not bad, actually. A little too crispy on the edges from the ‘smash” but decent flavor. Here’s the kicker….a Dad and his two sons were seated in a booth in front of us… They waited, and waited….noone even acknowledged them. They got up and left. A party of 4 were seated at the high table next to us, they waited, and waited…noone acknowledged them. They left. Meanwhile, I see wait staff in the drink cubby laughing at whatever it is they are looking on their phones. One bright note… The waitress (light blond hair, braided ponytail) who worked the outside patio had a motorcycle group come in and she was very attentive. Kudos to her.
Im pretty sure we’re done with BWW…unless I hear otherwise that their staff is properly trained on how to be attentive to patrons. We almost walked out…last time this happened, we did. It’s so frustrating to have a great spot to watch sports and have some good food and drinks, only to not want to go because of the poor customer service. There you have it.

I’m really disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated, and after 20 minutes, no one helped us. The staff made eye contact, but never took our drink order, and the worst part—people seated after us were served right away. Eventually, we got up and left, completely ignored.

Ordered two burger meals tonight. After returning home with our food we realized the restaurant nearly put any fries in our boxes. We must do better people. This is a rip off!!

STORE 340: This review is less about the food and more about the service. I was in TN visiting last weekend. I drove all the way back home (to Alabama) only to discover my wallet was not in my pocket. As it turns out, it fell out of my pocket and spent the night in the booth my friend and I were sitting in. I called the store the next morning and spoke with THE MANAGER, TODD. He confirmed my wallet was still there and so were my credit cards and money (a little over $100). My AMAZING WAITRESS, PAHOLA found it the night before and took good care of it for me. But it doesn’t stop there. Todd was the most amazing. When I told him I lived in a different state, he inconvenienced himself to mail it to me without hesitation. That saved me a 6 hour drive (roundtrip) and a lot of gas.
Was the food good? Yes, I had the cauliflower wings and fries. Pahola was a great waitress. I watched her buzz around from table to table making sure everyone received their food and drinks. She’s a beautiful person inside and out with a sweet spirit. I’m thankful she was my server that night. Next time I’m in Cleveland, Tn I’ll probably be swinging by BWW 340.

Horrible experience, bring daughter in for her birthday.15+ min wait time for a host to even greet us. Before we even get our food a fight breaks out in the arcade area directly next to our table between 2 large group of teens, my daughter having court side seats to the brawl… staff gets the fight broken up groups split up a few are removed. We get our food and several people from both of the groups are still in the arcade and 2 of them walked over and just started sitting our booth directly next to my daughter who is under 10 and is completely terrified at this point. We get up and leave at this point Pay for our $120+ meal with buying her the $60 90 min unlimited game time card we dont even use the game time card and just leave beacuse my daughter just wants to leave this place at this point and not even try to play any of the games.
The food was not bad but never got the chance to enjoy the meal.

I’ve been going here for years food is really good and service in evenings are better than most. Went in for to pick up wings and ask question about the cups of ranch. Waited for ten minutes while it was dead because they were to busy talking and one of the women were eating at the table where they prep the food. I had to wave the woman down before she would come up.
When she finally comes up to where I am waiting I go to ask question about ranch and she replied to another woman you want to take care of this and walks back to back.
So I also learned if you buy a normal deal with 20 bone in wings for 22 dollars for all flats. You get six cups of ranch at no extra cost. But management decided here that since wings are buy one get one on Thursday if you buy 30 boneless wings to go you have to pay for every cup of ranch which is 99 cents. I went right next door and bought a small bottle for 2.80 of hidden valley ranch.
In the evenings this place is great but the service at noon was very pour. Several people walked past me including servers not one asked me if I needed anything.

There is nothing wrong with this location of the chain restaurant BWW as far as the consistently of food options but the parking situation and outdoor seating is very limited. If you enjoy the staple foods that this chain restaurant provides I would say that you would be happy. As someone who does not eat fried food regularly, chicken, or sauces based in seed oils, this is hard to make something work, especially if you are hungry and do not drink. If you like beer, this is one of the best places in Cleveland you can stop by and sample beers and ciders on tap and get a great deal on a draft beer. This location also has a lot of TV’s that put on the big games and has happy hour, YAY!

For the most part this location does very well as far as service, food, & atmosphere. I have had more good trips than bad and even the bad weren’t that bad. Bad meaning dry wings or barely any cheese sauce on my fries when I ask for it. The mixed drinks are on point they are always good. They have some good specials as well if you go during certain times or on Thursday. I would take my family here again as we enjoy being able to watch tv and eating wings together.
