Manager is on one and should be fired. We went through drive through and they gave us our shakes w half the cup empty.. I asked a dif worker if they’re supposed to be this empty and she said no and laughed and said that she would remake them for us. She told us to go inside for our food which was weird. We went inside and the manager had a whole attitude and was staring at us so hard through their little window and i could hear her talking to the other employees after they told her our shakes were half empty and said “well that’s her problem”. she said ima give yall a kids shake and yall can split it. Overall she’s rude and obviously hates her life and thinks she can treat us bad cuz we’re young. sad

I was going to give this a one star because they seemed very rude and stressed out when I got to the window. I ended up receiving part of my order but not the rest and noticing halfway down the road so I came back and came through the drive-thru. The ladies at the window were extremely kind regardless of how stressed and busy the place was. They in fact made all of my food fresh and sent me on my way within a pretty timely manner for the amount of customers they currently had. I feel like they went above and beyond by not only giving me the food that had been missing but replacing the rest of the food I had already been given that was probably cold by then. And for that reason I feel like they deserve five stars that’s wonderful customer service! Food was piping hot and delicious!

I like steak and shake. I stop by like 2xs a month. But I hope tonight was a fluke. Regardless I hope Steak and shake sees this and advises staff. Holy salt we got a couple garlic butter burger combos, this is my go to at Steak and Shake. The fries tasted like the shaker broke off over them and were about 1/2 full. The burgers had so much salt as well. It’s never been like this. I understand that they brush the garlic butter on it, the garlic and butter are not the issue.

Ordered my son a burger with NO CHEESE. Clearly states that way on the receipt. We dined in. They bring his burger out and it has cheese on it. I mentioned it to the person at the counter and he gets the biggest attitude and tells me that I ordered it that way. Clearly I didn’t. He scoffed and got all pissy he had to “redo a burger” those were his exact words. The only pleasant person working there was a female crew member that had a headset on. The counter and grill guy were extremely mad at the world or something

This is the 2nd time in a row that we have gone to this Wendy’s an iv NEVER FELT such disrespect from ANY FOOD ESTABLISH MENT. Both time in drive ordering we we’re rushed. I visit quite often and have a problem probably 1 in every 4 visits. Today I pull up to the speaker, I’m the only one there, they take my order and tell that they’ll have the total at the window. That’s fine. I get to the window and worker is there putting my order in. She has a headset on and an earbud in the other ear, this has happened twice, idk how this is exceptable. Either way I sit at the window upwards of 10 minutes without being addressed at all. Line forming behind me. The same worker with an ear bud is actively making food and chatting with one of the 5 or 6 workers there. Which that ear bud is a possible physical contamination issue. When I finally get my food, she conveniently forgot to give me a receipt (2nd time she has done this) both times I was going to fill out the survey and hopefully inform upper management about the earbud and the wait, but I guess I’ll make it public

Honestly you guy’s should definitely strive to hire workers that wants to be at work or at least act like it. As soon as I walked in all I heard the entire time was the cook complaining about people’s orders and slamming drawers shut, I definitely get complaining in the back but when the entire restaurant can hear you definitely a problem… Restrooms were horrible on top of that all in all if I could give negative stars this would be the time definitely got to do better steak n shake
