Went here with my son for supper and we both had a bacon cheeseburger and I also ordered a side of fries with mine. We both loved the food. It was all hot and fresh and well made. Be aware that the burger sauce has a bit of a kick to it. It’s not huge but if you don’t like even mild heat, consider ordering it without. We both loved the sauce though. Great food in a retro diner styled place.

Both my teens ordered the Poutine burger. Both commented on how juicy and flavourful it is. My son said it is very out of the box. They absolutely devoured it. I really enjoyed my meat pizza, just the right amount of crust and toppings.They really enjoyed the old-fashioned diner theme. The music added to the ambiance without overpowering. Would definitely recommend eating here.

My husband and I came here while visiting from out of town and we found it to be lacking overall.
The service was very quick and the waitress was nice, but the food didn’t really hit the spot the way we were hoping. Starting with his meal, $15 for a fairly small burger, the bottom bun already fairly wet by the time it arrive and he got onion rings which I think were the best part? But felt quite expensive overall, $38 for a smallish burger and a handful of onion rings is something I would expect to pay in a high end, fine dining restaurant.
My poutine was okay, a large portion, but certainly not the best I’ve ever had. My fries tasted like they say in frier oil for a little bit before being fried and were far far darker than I’ve ever had before as well. I also thought it was strange that my poutine was laid out on a plate the way it was. I was underwhelmed by the cheese curds quantity. The gravy was tasty, but again, as a whole, not the best.
Overall, underwhelming and overpriced. We watched someone sit down, look at the menu and then peace out. We won’t come here again. Our total was almost $50 and we didn’t even get soft drinks or anything.

Was super hungry and came across Lou Lou’s. Was worth every penny spent, food was delicious, came out incredibly fast and the server along with the rest of the staff was amazing, very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Thanks again to the chef 10/10 amazing food, this is the best stop of my jasper tour!

I have been to Lou Lou’s many times, and I have never been disappointed with their service, food or atmosphere. On this visit we ordered Lou Lou’s Full-on Pizza, and it was exceptionally good. If I could have eaten more of it I definitely would have, but our stomachs only have soo much room, haha. The staff were kind, checked in on us a couple of times, refilled our water often, and displayed a very welcoming attitude. The next time I am in the beautiful town of Jasper, Alberta, I will for sure be coming back to Lou Lou’s for their pizza and try one of their signature burgers as well. Thank you Lou Lou’s.

The food was great. I had the Bacon cheeseburger with side poutine and milkshake. All was great tasting. Definitely recommend trying this place if you are looking for burgers and milkshakes. The 60’s dinner theme was a nice change.

Ordered the spicy taco burger. It was so good! The nachos were such a nice texture and it had a good level of spice (not too hot) I highly recommend. I used to frequent lou lous years ago and it was so refreshing that the food is still so tasty. The fried and Bulgogi pizza are super tasty too!

Loulou’s is an absolute MUST in Jasper. The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and genuinely one of the best meals we’ve had here. The vibe is cozy, charming, and feels so special, and the staff were beyond kind and welcoming.
If you’re in Jasper and don’t go to Loulou’s… you’re doing it wrong. 1000% worth it. We will absolutely be back.
