Excellent quick stop, kinda quick, for some laaaate lunch slightly early dinner. Was heading back from visiting friends and family and having been a while we stopped in. Service was lackluster in the speed and friendliness departments. Food was great though and that beef tallow is awfully delectable. Maybe some of the best fries ever here.

Order fixed quickly and perfectly without a fuss when i came back with slightly dry patties. I was kind of serenaded by the crew as they cooked it again with love and I honestly couldn’t be upset at all with how kind and gracious they were remaking everything, and hearing some beautiful voices during the wait! Great atmosphere and crew. They never miss and when they rarely do, they fix it quickly!

On 01/01/2026 At roughly 10:50 AM I walked in to place an order. While my burgers were cooked and prepared correctly, tell me why I did not receive my two extra side condiments I ordered for an extra $1.00? Perhaps it’s the slacking staff member sitting and talking with a friend or customer in the lobby? Or maybe it’s in fact I’m the FIRST in store order of the day FIFTY MINUTES AFTER they’ve opened? Don’t get me wrong it’s not the money I’m concerned about, it’s the principal. As someone who works management in food service myself, this is just pathetic and ridiculous. I hope to see some form of improvement at this location should I decide it’s worth coming around again. This was just a very unfortunate way for this location to start their new year in my eyes.

First time to order frim this place, but I was not satisfied with the meal. The triple burger was tasty a classical one nothing extraordinary but tasty. The fries were under fried/cooked somehow raw. The drink sprite in my case was literally water and ice probably they forgot to fill it up. 3 stars nothing more.

Ordered burgers online and by the time we came to pick them up they were sitting on the counter. Lady that was working didn’t care at all. Burgers were cold. She didn’t cared. If your worker doesn’t care about the customers then change the worker. We love coming to this place because the burgers are awesome, but me, personally, I am not coming back. Just because the lady was rude.

Overall reletivly clean. Counters same. Staff adequate. Banana shake was not as expected. Made well the flavor not realistic to Banana and extremely sweet for my taste. Spaghetti was not impressive but edible enough. No little crackers or bread. Not the Steak and Shake of earlier decades.
