The atmosphere here was lovely! People on staff greeted us when we came in and when people left, too. There was a power outage on the entire street (movie theater down the street was affected too) but I didn’t hear any swearing when the lights went out and staff rolled with things and had positive attitudes which I really appreciated. The food tasted nice and place was clean.

I’m a regular at this Steak ’n Shake and let me tell you—they NEVER miss! Today I forgot to order my burger without a bun (gluten intolerance problems ), but Maya recognized me right away and caught it before it hit the grill. That kind of attention and care is rare these days.
The whole place is always clean, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. And the food? Delicious. I love that they fry their French fries in beef tallow—crispy, flavorful, and next level.
Shoutout to Maya and the whole team for consistently making this one of my favorite spots!

If you dine-in it’s self serve (order at one of the kiosks). Speed for meal prep was above average (also for 1st timers, you need to scan the QR code on your receipt, to fill your drinks at the fountain). Atmosphere was quite and clean; for context my family stopped there at about 4PM. For a family of 4 ordering meal combos it cost us a little over $40’s. Enjoyed our meal!

It’s hit or miss if they make the modifications to your food that you request. Usually good with making sure the order is correct but it’s the times you don’t double check before you leave that they will miss stuff. Also clean y’all’s ice machines keep getting floaters in my cups

The food was terrible. The chicken tenders are so tiny and 3 for $6 you can barely see them and they were fried so hard you could break a tooth, they were terrible. The Chilli 5 way was terrible as well. The prices are outrageous for the food you receive. This used to be my favorite restaurant but I don’t think I’ll ever be back, it’s just not worth it. Smaller portions that don’t taste good and higher prices is a whole no. My mother really liked the creamcicle freeze. I would just stick to a burger or shake if you’ve never been before.

Absolutely the best burger’s you’ll have. Shakes are great and fries are cooked in tallow instead of seed oil which is horrible for your health. Restaurant is clean and staff are polite.
