A food inspector needs to visit this place. I used to work at Steak N Shake and it’s sad to see what it has become. My son begged me to come here and his burger was a pale color. Did not look like a Steak ‘n Shake burger at all. Stick with Schoops! This is not it anymore! He did not eat it because we were concerned he would get sick. The entire place needs a deep clean. Even the drink machine had signs of mold.

First time back to steak and shake since it reopened. We will NOT be back. If you want a super super thin burger that they forget the lettuce, tomato and onion on (even though you ordered it on your burger), untoasted Frisco Melt and a butterfinger shake minus the butterfinger, then this is the spot for you! The little specks you see in the “butterfinger” shake are from the topping they put on the whip cream.

Awesome service and great food. Havent been there in years and the quality of the food hasn’t changed one bit. Still awesome. The milkshakes are my favorite in town. First time ever at this location and will be coming back. Great atmosphere for friends and family. Recomend this place to everybody.

We came to eat here at 7pm and there were only 2 other families here. There was a mess all over the floors and tables. The floor was sticky. My milkshake was given to me already melted. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Service is super slow. Food is almost always cold or made incorrectly. Below is a pic of my triple burger. Notice the size of the “patties” and they weren’t even stacked they were thrown on and I asked for no onions and of course it had onions. I’m allergic to onions so couldn’t even eat it. I always try to give them another chance but this was my last time going to this location. And no I didn’t take it back because I wasn’t going to wait another 30 mins for them to remake it
