Reviews
The service was fast. I bought a boba passion fruit but was too sweet and he happily fixed it for me, with a smile. Sitting down with my lunch, i was ready to give a 5 start review!
However, the good ended with the service. The beef burger was totally undercooked. Should have perhaps gotten the fried chicken – I had just wanted a hamburger…
I didn’t want to seem like I’m difficult since I already mentioned about the boba so I just ate part of it and felt sick after that.
Management needs to praise the sales and service crew and work on the QC on their kitchen. Just noticed I’m not the first one who reviewed undercooked food!
The chicken sampler that they gave was good but the food is bad. They are understaffed and can’t handle multiple orders. And they charge for even basic cheese on burger.
The spicy chicken burger was 2/5 and they never told there was bacon on it.
Please avoid this place!
I wouldn’t even give them one star, first of all my burger was undercooked, the bag that it was put inside of was full of water from the undercooked burger as seen on the picture. The prices are outrageous I paid $32 for two burgers, fries and drinks, I could of sat in a restaurant for that price! Lastly the employees are extremely unprofessional, talking about personal things and saying curse words in front of my 7 year old son, I’ll never eat here again! The manager did offer to remake my burger but I was so disgusted I told her no I was already turned off. I simply asked for my money back and she refunded me for just my burgers instead of the entire meal.
Food is priced right for a mall burger place. A few more options than your typical establishment.
I had the BC Special and the cheese fries.
Burger was cooked well. The “secret” sauce they use is actually really good. Veggies were fresh. Lettuce was crisp and not limp. Tomato had color and wasn’t anemic looking. Bun was toasted and held up to the burger unlike some places. *cough smashburger cough*. Besides the initial hiccup of forgetting the bacon (which was quickly addressed and fixed) I found no issue with the burger.
The fries were a little bland and lacking salt. They were cooked right. Not burnt or raw. And had a good crispness to them.
All in all, I will have to try them again and update my review to see if there is consistency. And bacon.
