I most likely the fact they the chain has turned to “real food,” which is healthier. The double burger was good and I felt better after eating it. Also got a strawberry shake. It was thick and delicious, and as always, consistent. Because of their ordering panels you won’t get as much support at the tables. My meal was right at $13. Not bad for today.

Honestly, we had no issues at this location. Specifically, it was very clean and the food was made right in front of us. And I watched him make it so it was undoubtedly fresh. The food was good and the prices were good again. The place was clean and the couple people that were working were very nice. We were kind of hesitant after reading the. Reviews. So I wanted to make it a point to put a review up that we had a good meal. The place was extremely empty on a Thursday evening at seven p m.

Steak ‘n Shake is pretty awesome.
While ordering at the digital kiosk may seem impersonal, we appreciated being able to take our time and ensure our order was correct before submitting it. The kiosks allowed us to get exactly what we wanted.
There was an abundance of parking available, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was in a good, clean state which we noticed as soon as we walked in.
The highlight of the visit though was undoubtedly the delicious food. I opted for a double bacon burger with fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted.
Overall, Steak ‘n Shake delivered on all fronts – convenience, ambiance, service, and most importantly, quality food. With options for everyone, reasonably priced food, and a welcoming environment, Steak ‘n Shake gets five stars from me.

Ordered a steak burger, fries, and a banana milkshake. I placed the order at 9:09 and my milkshake was handed to me at 9:16 (7 minutes) and the burger and fries at 9:24 (15 minutes). The pickup counter was covered in grease and debris and tha cameras in the dining room were taped over with clear (3M) style packaging tape.

The food was okay but I ordered the butter burger and it wasn’t a butter burger. Also when we were placing our order the guy seemed a little frustrated that we had a big order, we ordered four combo meals without altering them.

This location has apparently never been cleaned. Every surface is nasty. Everything is sticky. The ceiling is gross. There are ants everywhere. The womens restroom was filthy disgusting. Feces everywhere. Garbage overflowing. Employees unfriendly.
