During our visit, a team member displayed a significant lack of patience and professionalism. He appeared agitated, was very impatient with my 13-year-old son, and at one point rolled his eyes and walked away. My son’s disability which is autism and ADHD sometimes limits his ability to answer questions immediately, and the team member’s rude behavior was incredibly discouraging. Even though there was only one customer behind us, there was no reason to rush, and regardless of the crowd, it is inappropriate to treat any consumer in this manner.
While I did speak with the team leader on-site who offered an apology, I feel that a simple apology is not enough given the circumstances. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and sensitivity shown toward my family.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure that your staff is better trained in providing inclusive and patient service to all customers.

Had a great experience at Blaze Pizza! Nathaly and Brooke were fantastic—friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. They made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable, and the pizza was delicious as always. Awesome customer service from start to finish!

I absolutely love Blaze Pizza, it’s a great place to literally build your own pizza from scratch, the dough is fresh and it’s like 5 different options for dough, vegan dough, flat dough, cauliflower dough, gluten free dough,a few choices for the red sauce, even white sauce, vegan cheese, desserts, drinks, all of these options and the prices are better! Once you go in your like family, the manager Ricardo never forgets a face 🙂

I’ve been coming to Blaze Pizza for a couple of years now, and it’s always been a great experience. I was so happy to see Marielli back—she truly makes the best pizza! Every time I visit, she welcomes us with a warm smile and great service, which makes the experience even better.
The pizza here is always fresh, customizable, and delicious. My only complaint is that they took the Garlic Knots off the menu—I really wish they’d bring them back! But overall, Blaze Pizza remains one of my favorite spots, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

the food at blaze if it doesn’t make you sick it’s just not fresh , I was half way through a dry old salad when I noticed a giant black ant (Dead) in my food. Not to mention some manager guy named Ricardo is always hovering and trying to control the environment , I can’t grab a bite without him giving his employees death stares like there not aloud to talk to customers almost as if he just want me to grab my food and leave while putting employees in bad moods . Not a very welcoming feeling at all , and not a place i would suggest to a friend or family or anyone reading this review. Do not be fooled by false reviews paid for with half off coupons . This place always throws my vibe off I hope I saved you folks a bad experience , Thank me later.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I opened my pizza, I found a large bug baked into it. It was shocking, disgusting, and completely unacceptable.
After this happened, I looked through other customers reviews from this location and came across others who had similar experiences with bugs in their food, which only made me feel even more uneasy about the cleanliness and food safety practices here.
I will never be entering the doors of this establishment again.

Such a diverse menu with the ability to literally create any pizza we want for an affordable price. My wife absolutely loves it, as she is able to ravage the pizza in one sitting. Staff is great, and the food is high quality. Definitely a must for pizza!
