Food was delicious & freshly made. Got the “secret” 7 patty Cheeseburger w/lettuce & Tomato & a Western BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger. The fries in beef tallow were so good as well.
Fair warning no cash at the order machines but they do accept cash through the drive through or if u order the secret burger.

This place is still going. I don’t frequent this location to often but when I do the service is always friendly and the food is always Fresh and good. I normally order the same things and I usually get me a Double Garlic Steak Burger and when I tell you it’s amazing just the taste of it alone makes you want to order another one. Don’t forget to get a Hand crafted milkshake them things are awesome and I do believe Steak ‘n Shake has the best Milkshakes hands down. Keep up the good work SnS

Ever since the passing of my mother in 2024 I have lost my appetite tremendously to where I can’t eat more than a few bites of something without feeling incredibly sick.
Today my sister picked up some food from here and I was a bit hesitant since I tend to not eat much anymore. Never had Steak N Shake before. This was probably the best meal I’ve ever had aside from mom’s old home cooking.
Ate every single bite and I feel completely fine.
Definitely coming back here. Glad to have my appetite back!

Haven’t been to a Steak ‘n Shake in a while and stopped by during my lunch. Ordered a kids’ meal with 2 tenders, fries, a drink, and a side of cheese sauce. I was asked what dipping sauce I wanted, but my honey mustard didn’t make it into the bag. The lady taking my order seemed like she was in a bad mood. Not friendly service. One of the tenders was practically inedible due to being small. Probably won’t be back.

My friend and i came here to eat before our movie. Ordered at 6:40. Didn’t get food till 7:15 to 7:20 pm. They messed up my order. And both our orders where cold. This isn’t the same place as before. Wont be coming back for a long time.

Haven’t had steak n shake in a few years service was good though. Forgot how hard it is to dip n eat the fries but they’re always good. Burger took me by surprise it was amazing! Got a milkshake as well it’s nice they give the wider straw and the shake was worth the $5.

Very very Horrible me and my friends came here to eat dinner waited over an hour for our food. The manager was everywhere and didn’t know what he was doing. I highly recommend firing him he had no idea what he was doing throwing people off the line when he needed everyone hands on deck. This will be my first and last time coming here ridiculous. I’ve been a manager for 8 years and I never had this problem go this bad.

The floor needs washed. Had to be my own waiter and use a kiosk to order food and then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. The receipt came out blank. Lucky I was the only customer in the place. Didn’t even get a tray for food, just came in a basket. Used the pop machine to despense my own drink. Don’t think I will be going back. The food was edible.

The manager guy was really nice. But as far as service? What service??? You have to order it yourself and they dont take cash unless you write down the order and they ring it up at drive thru. They stick it on the counter and walk away. But still ask for a tip. Lol. The inside looks the same as it was. But really sad. It’s super empty…. I’ll be surprised if they make it to June. Corporate really screwed up a fun affordable family place to eat….
