Not a huge fan of Applebee’s in general but took the kids out for birthday lunch and it was a pretty good experience. I would visit this place again. Food was more $$$ than I expected but what isn’t these days. Good service , nice atmosphere, decent lunch.

Had a Mother-Son date night with my little guy. Our server Myla was amazing. From suggestions to attentiveness to friendliness, all top tier. I noticed a manager in the area and asked another server that he ask him to stop by. Much to my surprise, it was Myla’s 1st night on the floor alone. I’m still in shock! If you’re in the area, stop by and ask to sit in Myla’s section, you will not be disappointed!

I went on May 14, 2022 at 2:45 pm and was seated right away. The waitress was very pleasant. The drinks and appetizer came in a reasonable time which allowed time for conversation and some quick bites before the main entrees came. The chef brought out the food and it was very hot, which I like. The music was great. I had to use the restroom and to my surprise- it was EXTREMELY clean. I was super shocked. All in all, there was minimal wait time, the food came out hot, there was excellent customer service, and there’s parking right in the front as well.

There was a server named Shiloh that waited on us tonight. They were absolutely helpful and patient with us. We had two kiddos and they offered such great helpful service. The food wasn’t bad but it certainly wasn’t great. The chicken tenders certainly tasted a little funky.. like maybe they were freezer burned at some point. The appetizer came out super quick but felt like they were somewhat like warm. The other main courses were good. (The fiesta lime chicken and bacon burgers. )The fries were amazing. Andy mom ordered some sort of chicken quesadilla salad bowl thing. Which they brought out to her missing the chicken. To which they brought a side of the chicken a minute later explaining that they forgot to put the chicken in her order. So Gave the food three stars. And atmosphere two since it seemed like people became disturbed by kids being there. And again. The service from Shiloh was top freaking notch.

The manager derrick Jenkins and the server tee was amazing! They worked great together as a team and gave us great customer service even though it was a lot of customers that he had to serve!

Our server was great, but my group was very shocked by the fact that they charged us for extra celery, THREE TIMES. Guess how much? 60 cents. For how many pieces of celery sticks? 2. That’s right, TWO little pieces. Insane and laughable. I get that we’re in a recession but you could literally get a whole bag of celery for under $2 and have plenty to spare for your boneless wings dish that weren’t that many. The boneless wings were also super salty and barely had meat in them. The buffalo sauce was super thin and watery. It’s just disappointing to dine at a place where they’re going to nickel and dime you for the smallest things and yet their quality of food is below satisfactory. As soon as we were finished eating our plates, I left with my stomach in pain.

I was here today celebrating my deceased sons birthday today. If one could imagine its a difficult journey. I was a bit on edge when i entered the establishment, but the services and care I received was amazing. Our server Alexis was very patience and attentive to our needs, her service was exemplary. The bartender Ariel was also amazing. I frequent this establishment often and have never tasted drinks as good as hers.
