The worst hamburger I have had in my entire life. When they brought it out to me it didn’t even look real. On the sides of the meat it looked like plastic. It just looked like some kind of mystery meat. Also I want to talk about the bun it was so soggy and disgusting. The fries was fine they just smelt like a type of cleaning product. I really didn’t even want a hamburger I was really tasting some chicken tenders but that wasn’t even on the menu. But over all the best thing was the Sprite.

Went in ,was seated, and and our drink order was taken. We sat for 30 minutes with no drinks. We also overheard other customers talking about not getting their food after an hour wait. We ended up just leaving and went to McDonald’s where we were able to order and eat our lunch in a timely manner. Will not be returning to steak and shake.

We went to the drive-thru. We asked for a couple of minutes, to decide what we wanted, before placing an order. I don’t think the cashier liked the delay. After paying for the food, the cashier gave our sodas and our food. There wasn’t any napkins. We all agreed the food tasted great and was warm. All three of us had different sandwiches and each person agreed that her sandwich was delicious. We enjoyed the meal.

I’m usually not a big fan of Steak’n Shake but the food and service was really great this time. Fries and burger were really fresh. Even though the fries are so tiny they were really good and fresh. Services was very fast and friendly as well adding to the overall 5 star experience.

I have been to cleaner S&S restaurants, and if I’m to be honest if I had walked into the restroom before ordering I may not have ordered.
But I did, and the food was slightly below the average for my past S&S experiences and the fries were cold when I got them.
But it is the only S&S in this area, so you take what you can get, I guess. But in the future I’d just as soon go someplace else.

I can only give 3 of 5 stars based on food and service. Burgers were great but the onion rings tasted old and were very greasy. The hotdog was pretty much inedible. The service, oh the service was not good. The original waitress was told she couldn’t wait on us but our next waitress couldn’t remember if she had waited on us or not. This was not our first trip and it was a much better experience before. Will be a long time before we try again.

Waited over 5 min at door to be seated. Which wouldn’t had been bad had someone just acknowledged we were there. Or they were full, but plenty of empty tables..I had to ask to be seated then have her roll her eyes at me as I walked off. (My son told me after we left cause he knew it wouldn’t be pretty)…. then the waitress we had was very rude and acted like it killed her to wait on us.. we had to ask for refills, our food sat in the window for a while… (we were seated beside the bar and could see) another waitress yelled and told ours that she has had an order ready for a while.. she just says yea.. and a few min later…… i watch her pick up that food and bring to us…. will never be back there… floors and bathrooms were also very nasty..
