This is the first time I have ever been to a Steak and Shake. I went at 11:45 am and there was a few people there. I was not thrilled about using a kiosk rather than a human, however, it functioned alright. The Dining room seemed clean and spacious and even management at to levels were cleaning tables and seating. My food was prepared reasonably timely and it was fresh. The double cheeseburger was prepared correctly and it was to temperature. Thee beef patties were really thin so their double was about what a quarter pound offering is elsewhere. The Shoestring Cut Fries were a very small cut. They would be best enjoyed with a fork. This restuarant was a good place for a quick meal.

They are the friendliest people that you could ask for and they always make you feel welcome.. so go get some great food from great people… I wanna add Courtney Tina, Kim and Ebony to this five star awesome review. Excellent chocolate shake. Had to contain myself not to get a second one as it was cold, crisp, chocolatey, and refreshing. The chili, not a fan. Lots of beans and flavor was okay, but fries make a better side item here. And the burger, nicely done. Fresh bun with a nice crisp and caramelization to the beef patties. Fits the dinner set up as simply a good ol’ fashion burger. As for the service, it sucks. It’s kiosk to call your name and finding a clean table at times can be tough. But for a decent meal at a good price when feeling a burger and fries and shake, it’s a win.

We used to come here quite often and then they put that god for saken Coke machine in and we stopped. Today we were driving through the parking lot and thought we’d give it another chance and guess what that Coke machine frustrated us again. Will not be coming back.

Never coming to this specific steak and shake again!!! I ordered online and when I went in, I stood there at the pick up counter for awhile until someone brought us our milkshakes. I was still waiting to get my burgers for another 40 minutes. The to go guy kept looking at me but would ignore me and didn’t ask if I needed help. Eventually they finally got our order but they didn’t do much about it other than say sorry. There was also mold all over the ceiling and on the soda fountain labels. The food was good, but I could get it at any other steak and shake. This was such an unacceptable experience as someone who works in a restaurant.

Had a call ahead order… When I went to a EMPTY drive thru was told by 2 employees over the speaker I had to come in for the order…. Why I don’t know was paid for and wasn’t a area inside to pick up online orders… What I did get was a attitude from a employee by the name of Daniel who was quite rude and didn’t care even when I and another patron mentioned it to her. Had to wait pass the order time to get my order and when it was done Daniel came over with half my order and said here you can leave now. I said unfortunately not tell I have the milkshake that wasnt there… Her idea to that was to yell at people out back and I quote…. “Can someone get this man his milkshake” Then made another rude comment to me. At this point I told her she no longer needs to be talking with me and then another rude comment came out. I unfortunately will NOT be back and will tell everyone I talk with for the next month atleast to not go there and why. Oh and another manager from another location came in and witnessed this and did and said nothing. I asked if she was the manager and she said no and pointed to Daniel I said nope she is rude there is no way and this person just shrugged me off. I live by this Steakandshake and now I see why it is never that busy

We waited in drive thru line for 30 min. Then we were told they are not sure when we can order cause short staffed n 3 orders deep. They then informed us they have to remake food cause it sat so long it was cold. I get it but they could have been upfront and said were to busy please go somewhere else rather than making us wait 30 min with 4 people who just got off flight from England.

The food was good but couldn’t believe it was over $18 dollars. I didn’t get fries.
I like the burgers and the chicken tenders.
They have a kiosk that you order and pay and it asks if you want to leave a tip. If you get a drink you have to save the print out to pour your own drink, so are you tipping the chef?
