I went through the drive through today, long line; however, got in and out quick. I don’t commonly leave reviews; however, there was a mistake on my order a blonde girl with glasses that was working drive thru went out of her way to fix it for me. It’s very rare to receive good customer service these days… rare and very much appreciated! I hope Steak and Shake sees this and recognizes this young associate.

If you haven’t discovered this place yet, you should. The quality of burger far exceeds other fast food chains. The service is a little slow but it’s worth the wait. The fries could use more salt but they’re real and better for you without those crazy preservatives in other brands. It goes without saying the shakes here are off the charts. THIS IS MY NEW GO TO PLACE for fast food.

The filthiest restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. Every table was dirty when we walked in. Only 2 people in the whole restaurant. Dirty mop bucket, swept dirty piles of dirt and good. Not short-staffed, there were plenty of kids working. The food was subpar. Onion rings were so greasy and inedible. Burgers were just ok. We have steak and shake in Reno and it’s 10x better.
