This is an awesome place for milk shakes. I would recommend this place for a quick stop , lunch or dinner with the hubs. They also changed up the way you order. You order through a kiosk. It was so easy. ❤️

Me and my friend each got a number 2 and they asked if we wanted to supersize our fries and we both said no then they did it anyone and up-charged us for it. Burger was stale? It was chewy and had the texture that it had been sitting out for a while and the cheese wasn’t melted. We forgot to order a third burger for our friend and we went around again and my friend said in a clear voice “Can I please get a number 2” and she was cut off by the employee who said “stop screaming we can here you”. We left after that. It was insanely rude and unprofessional. She was not screaming, and anyone that’s been through a drive thru or has worked at a drive thru knows you need to speak up when you order. As someone who has worked in fast food for 3 years, there’s never a reason to talk to a customer like that. Won’t be back to this location or any location. Very surprised their rating is this high.

Small Fries ordered with combo was WAY smaller than the extra side of Small Fries I ordered.
I added grilled onions for $1, and there were none on the burger. When I asked about it, the response was “we don’t have grilled onions.” Like 1.) okay… you could’ve told me when I got the burger though 2.) I paid for them gimme my dollar back.
Ordered a small and regular size shake, but received two smalls.
Had difficulty with the drink stand, and when I asked about how to use it, they responded annoyed. Another guest said they also had trouble with it earlier, but if it’s confusing enough that multiple guests ask about it, and you’re gonna have an attitude when someone asks a question, put up a sign or something.

Made an order online, which said it be done at 11:42 waited till 12 PM questioned about my order name was given. She said she’d check 10 minutes later. She wants to know my name again the owner which I was told his name was Mohammed thought he was going to intimidate me when I questioned the lack of service And decided I wanted a refund, proceeded to take his gloves off as if he was going to do something went to the back and never heard from him again that’s a chump right there called my bank. Cancel the order and they will give me my refund. Thank you for showing up to work Kiki, but you have my name the first time.

Karima is absolutely fantastic at her job! Talk about customer service-she is the definition. Brings an awesome energy every time I go through the drive thru. They also make a 10/10 grilled cheese!! Keep up the great work!!

Got the number 5, it came out excellent as usual. The best part of me ordering today was Ms. Meeka taking my order who was a complete joy to speak to and carried the upmost professionalism that I usually experience at higher end restaurants. Her and Ms. Kay were a great team!

Food is usually pretty good, but my sister found a little bug on the tomato that was in her sandwich and my strawberry shake wasn’t mixed correctly, the top quarter of it was straight vanilla ice cream. On the positive side, it was pretty clean for being a pretty old Steak n Shake but I honestly think they should completely refinish the inside. Staff were pretty friendly too 🙂 but their service is hit or miss from the times I’ve gone.

I just left there 10/23/25 11:00 pm I applaud the night crew The only thing I would say is that they always forget to put my sauce in the bag lol next time I need to get everyone’s names. I give everyone five stars. The staff is very friendly And polite. They do their job with EXCELLENCE . It doesn’t matter what job you doing whatever it is it’s that you do it WELL. The manager is very kind they go above and beyond to Provide the best customer service Experience and you can tell they work as a team keep up the great work !
