This is the first time i’ve been impressed by the quality of customer service at stake and shake, and the food was fantastic And not too oily. The guy at the drive through had high energy. Good customer service and told us to have a good day. And the food came fast and he answered all our questions without attitude and it was amazing through the drive thru. Then,I drove back and I went inside after twenty minutes of getting my order For something else that had to do with an order. And the people in there were so nice, so organized and clean, respectful, and they were saying, thank you, sir. And have a good day and sorry about that etc. And all this stuff that you don’t normally get at fast food restaurants. It literally felt like I was at a chick fil a. With people who had integrity in their job no matter how small the pay. I hope these new employees that I haven’t seen before Stay for a while… And if they do I will be coming back

The burger does not come with any toppings if you do not select any on the kiosk. I got the garlic sauce burger with pickles, onion rings and fries. Sodium is on the heavier side for the beef patty. Fries are super skinny and onion rings was salty. There fountain drink machine for customers was out of service so you have to tell the host to get it for you behind the kiosk/registers.

My visit to day to this location consisted of the cleanest most well run fast food restaurant I have been to in a long long time. My meal was very well presented and delicious, And the sweet server Mo made me feel extra welcome. Anytime that I am in this area around lunch time I will certainly stop back in.

When you want a quick bite, I don’t recommend coming here. Every time I order ahead on the website, my order is never ready when I arrive. I’m asked to come inside to pick up an order that’s already sitting on the counter, and then I’m left waiting an additional 15–20 minutes. I’m not an Uber driver, so having to repeatedly come inside for an online order defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
On top of that, I’m often ignored by staff while waiting. The order of operations here feels very disorganized. If customers are expected to come inside, the drive-thru and online ordering system shouldn’t be advertised as a convenient option.

Why tell me to come inside if my food was ready already and have me wait?

Not liking their post covid digital kiosk design with no customer service interface. Had issue with it not printing out QR code two open up the soda fountain we received our order within 10 minutes of ordering and the orders were both sandwiches were wrong. They are clearly understaffed and poorly managed if anyone should be reprimanded for this it should be management.
I go to the South Tampa one frequently and they always get it right.
