Ordered ahead and it wasn’t completed by the time I arrived. Some did finally help me and get my drink made. However this set back my schedule. I like your drinks However the lack of a timely manner has adverse effects.

This Location ruined my birthday. I knew there was a reason to not celebrate but today I had high faith that I’d have a decent day. I came in with my daughter ON my birthday because I clearly deserve to treat myself. A guy who ran the drive through and I guess register , was very nice and welcoming until he made me wait for over 25 mins for a simple crossaint and hot chocolate. I TRIED my hardest to be patient but glancing at the counter here or there it was NOT that busy in the store for me to be waiting that long. At that point I deemed it wasn’t worth it and left, debating now if I want to try again next year. Thanks Starbucks for low-key ruining my birthday I just wanted my birthday reward.

I’m gonna specifically speak on the issue with my drink. I get the same thing, every single time I go. Venti strawberry and creme frappe with espresso and added toffee nut syrup. I will post pictures of what my drink looked like today (brown, no strawberry) which tasted awful.. compared to the other full of strawberry, delicious, and exactly what it is supposed to look and taste like. It genuinely amazes me how going 2 days apart to order the same thing can be so drastically different. Now, don’t get me wrong. If it would’ve tasted even remotely the same ( or good for that matter) I wouldn’t have reviewed negatively. But this, with the shotty customer service at this location today, I felt the need to review.

I love this location it’s the best. I attend this location daily. I adore most the employees and it taste better than other locations. However, lady working drive thru this am at 8 am was very rude I couldn’t reach the card reader and told her politely but she made me get out of my car door to get it. And just distasteful attitude.

This is probably the worst Starbucks in Bloomington. They are never consistent 8/10 times you will have to go back in because the drink is made incorrectly. When your drink is $9, it’s hard not to be upset at the inconsistency. I recommend the east side Starbucks.

This is the store I usually go to after work just to give me a lil bit of a boost (work 3rd shift). I love Starbucks but Unfortunately it depends on who is making the drinks on what you get. I went there for 5 days straight & bought the same Drink “Carmel Ribbon Crunch”…They were all different. I understand that when different ppl make them it’s not gonna be EXACTLY the same. I feel like they need to Re-Train their staff & brush up. I wouldn’t have let a couple of the drinks go out the window looking the way they did.

Honestly, so frustrated with this Starbucks constantly paying extra for drizzle on my drink and then they never put it on so whenever I’m getting a drink before work and this is the closest Starbucks to my house and I’m paying for something I don’t get extremely frustrating. would recommended going to a different Starbucks.
