We no longer have a Steak N Shake where we live, so it was a treat for us while visiting. The food was great as well as the service. Tiffany was very kind and greeted us upon walking in. Overall enjoyed our experience and the location felt welcoming.

We’ve been to different steak and shakes that have your normal fast food feel. This steak n shake was great! The staff was honestly super nice and up beat, the food came out hot and fresh, and the milkshakes were great. My husband and I both were happy with our service. I wanted to tell the manager before we left, but a rush came in as we were leaving so I figured I’d leave a review.

This place gets more and more disappointing by the day. After a long day we stopped to get food and had the worst experience. The line was long, the young lady in the window seemed new and lost. The manager was yelling at her in plain sight and the food was burnt! I’m talking can’t even eat burnt and fries were awful.

YOU. GUUUUUYS!!!! This restaurant has completely revamped the quality of their menu. Regular fries are now beef tallow fries. Regular burgers are now wagyu beef burgers.

Fries were completely unseasoned, not crispy, not even hot, poor taste. Customer service was less than desirable, lady at the window didn’t speak to us at all, impolite. The burger and shake were decent. Do better.

So we started off having to order at a kiosk. Never greeted by anyone. Machine asks about a tip. We gave it a 15% tip not knowing what type of service we would get. We placed order at 11:06 AM. Went to get our drinks and there was no ice. Went to the counter and asked the cook for ice. She took my cup without saying anything, another lady brought 2 cups back with ice sat it on counter once again no acknowledging me. I ordered sweet tea. Sat down after getting it, but is is was unsweet. At 11:24 they called our name for the food which we went to counter to get. Husband’s hamburger and my chicken tenders were hot, but fries were mediocre. After about another 10 minutes the lady who handed me the cups of ice (assuming manager because she was dressed differently than the others) came and filled the ice machine spilling some on floor. She also came and put sugar in the tea. We even had to throw away our own food which is no problem at all. Never once did anyone acknowledge us. Why are the requesting tips??? Wasted that money for no reason. Would appreciate a hello, everything good, or have a good day when leaving. Only seen them acknowledge one person the entire time we were there.

You can tell this place got great management. Employees go above and beyond, if they keep the service, give them all a raise. Always fresh food! Overall excellent. Check the custom napkins 301 rt.

Stopped in with my grandkids but had to use the restroom first and I couldn’t even go in there. The handicap was out of order and the other 2 were clogged so we just left because I can’t trust the kitchen would be clean when the bathroom was so horrible and the place was empty so it’s not like anyone was to busy to clean it. Absolutely disgusting.

Beautiful building love the oldie murals! The steak burger with cheese was so tasty and of course the onion rings best by far I’ve ever had! French fries with ketchup Al’s good and of course coke is always good. Drive thru fast friendly and got our order correct with napkins and ketchup thank you Steak n Shake highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
