I love this SteaknShake. Firstly ordering is quick easy and painless on the kiosks but if you experience problems the staff are there to help you through it. You see your food being made and they use tallow instead of that odd oil blend others use. The fries are better for it IMHO. Eat them with a fork like spaghetti. The burgers are great as well and very customizable. They have dining room staff that keeps things clean. On top of all that these guys take Bitcoin. And it’s lightning fast paying with ₿. Oh and I won a gift card for some odd giveaway they did for being number 67. Great job guys.

Not having a person to take your order is bad for restaurant. Have to scan to get a drink is beyond me. Then ice machine was out of service. Was given ice to put hot soda over tasted like crap. 3 meals all burgers were great 2 orders of fries one was cold one was hot other one was onion rings. Burger King has better onion rings.

Waited over 20 minutes until they would take my order. I was in drive thru and told there was a 20 minute hold because of “Being busy inside”. You are in a service industry that is suppose to be casual and reasonably fast service. I enjoy your food. Please do better. I did leave so I will not rate all things.

Just off the exit it’s a little bit hard to find. As you pull into the Vero Beach Outlets you make a left and there’s steak and shake with the drive-thru. Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 they’re awesome shakes are half price! The burgers which they’re famous for are always great unreasonable.
There’s something interesting I didn’t know until the last time I was there the french fries are fried in lard and not in vegetable oil which we are now finding out is not so good for you. Who knew Steak and Shake looking out for your health and well-being:-)

A kiosk can not be the face of your store. Read that a million times. People need a face when they walk in. They never needed the waitresses for fast-food but you need a face to push your product and make them welcome. How do y’all run a restaurant with good food in the ground? it’s wild. I ask that but I could actually describe the steps. To think burger king is still around but y’all are failing is just wild. You have good food.

The food was good. My husband and I have never been here before tonight. It was good food. The service was interesting because they wanted us to use kiosk to place our order then at the end of putting our order in asked us for a tip. They forgot the bacon on my husband burger but was very nice and able to give me extra bacon. I would definitely come back here. The bathroom was clean but had a smell to it. I got the garlic burger and it was good I had to use ketchup because they charge you 2.00 for sauce which I thought was a little crazy.

Ordering through a screen is the norm now but they did a good job. The cook let me make adjustments that were not available on the ordering screen. I did earn points for signing into the app.

My family & I went in for milkshakes & fries, we ended up ordering 6 shakes in different flavors & all six tasted like they were mixed with a cleaning chemical & plastic. The fries were cold. We ended up returning all of the shakes & going elsewhere. I’m not sure what was mixed in to the ice cream or if the machine was dirty or what they have going on but it’s disgusting!!

I have not been to a Steak ‘n Shake in years. They recently announced they are installing US flags at all locations. I asked an employee when the flag would be installed at this location. She had no idea what I was talking about. Nonetheless, the food was great and the employees nice and courteous. I will look forward to coming back and trust the US flag will be proudly waving!

Wow, good food! Especially burger with mushrooms! And we avoided the big line which unexpectedly was started behind us)) so popular place! Mostly composed from nice aged couples very friendly and pleasure. That was my first visit of this chain of food. Upper level of fast-food. Good job guys.
