They always have the best food of any fast food places in fact the only one I will regularly eat at.

Super good beef especially!

Great service also and want to mention Cori, in particular, who helped me navigate the electronic ordering device at the front of the restaurant and even found a way to save me two or three bucks!!!!!!!

Best shakes on Earth …and had the eggnog shake today!!!

Also love their shoestring potatoes that are perfect!

I was pretty disappointed with my recent visit to Steak ‘n Shake. The amount of toppings on my food was lacking, and when I ordered a large onion rings, I only received 7 rings — not exactly what I’d call a large. The shake itself was fine, but nothing that made up for the skimpy portions, 40$ for 2 single burger combos and shakes.

On the positive side, the bathroom and lobby were very clean, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, while the cleanliness was great, the food portions and value left me underwhelmed.

I took a bunch of kids here yesterday and the staff was SO nice, and SO helpful and the food was SOOOO good, S&S fries are thee best, the young kids working there were SO sweet and helpful. Its going to be a good to from now on!!!

I am in shock how rude the Spanish guy that was on the grill was to me. I walked in and waited for about 6 to 8 minutes. I just said excuse me, sir. All I wanted to do was just let him know that I was there to pick up because I saw a few orders waiting on the pick up table. He literally turned around and yelled at me wait. He then began to talk about all the customers that were ordering over his headset to other workers. He never turned around and even offered to help or apologize. I will not be returning to this location ever.

Shorts on milkshakes. Shorts on fries. Heavy on attitude. Im always friendly at the window but service varies. Girl with the short box braids won’t even show her face at the window anymore and still shorts me. Feels personal. I just want a decent meal, what’s the big deal?

Food was excellent! Service was excellent! The things you have to do to order and get your food are not worth the hassle. Not to mention not knowing what to do and screens being touchy. It was such a pain in the butt. Thank goodness their employee Donna works there. Such an awesome and cheerful person . She definitely saved our day and is so helpful and polite!!

I went through the drive thru a couple weeks ago to try the new fries (which are delicious)! I was also impressed by how pleasant the team members were. Tonight, my husband and I grabbed a quick bite and ate in the dining room. It’s been ages since we had been inside a Steak ‘n Shake…the nostalgia was still there, but modernized with the new ordering kiosks. It was also incredibly clean and the team were working hard to keep it that way. Our double steak burgers (no buns) were cooked perfectly, vegetables were fresh and plentiful, and the fries were on point again. So happy to see that Steak ‘n Shake is innovating and stepping up their game! We’ll definitely be back!
