Stopped in for lunch today and had a burger with fries….I want to recognize a woman working there who did an excellent job! She greeted everyone who walked through the door, making everyone feel welcomed. She noticed I had a small kids’ water cup and went out of her way to bring me a larger one so I didn’t have to keep getting up for refills.
She was incredibly kind, pleasant, and made you feel more like family than just a customer. She kept everything so clean and tidy, not to mention she was always attentive, making sure guests had everything they needed. Establishments truly need more people like her—her kindness and genuine care make a big difference. Thank you for making my lunch experience pleasant today. It was nice to see that there are still sweet and genuine people out there.

I can’t express how great this place is! It’s quite a difference from a few years ago which had led to us not eating at SNS anymore. We decided to give it a try again about 2 weeks ago and have now come 3 times ! Food and service has been spot on! The workers are so kind and sweet! Definitely worth the visit!

Adrienne and the manager were superb! We have NEVER experienced such AWESOME customer service at a fast-food restaurant before. These ladies were so helpful, personable and kind. Adrienne and the entire staff are wonderful. We were greeted and asked if we needed help with the self ordering kiosks. We and had a great experience with ease of ordering, asking if we needed any additional condiments, refills and the food was delicious. Family and kid friendly.
