I came through Corinth on my way to Chicago this past Saturday and ordered a number 2 , a foot long , mozzarella sticks and a large strawberry milkshake. My brother ordered a few things as well. We get our food and get back on the road. Had to make our mother’s funeral In Chicago. We hand everything out and we’re missing a few items. Not just one then!! We’re missing milkshake, number 2 burger and mozzarella sticks!!!!! We called right away ..NOT IN SERVICE!!!! WTW!! IM BACK IN CORINTH AND STILL NOTHING!!!!¡!!!!

A year ago I gave this Sonic a 5 star review across the board. I deleted that review Thursday night… I’m not sure what’s changed about this Sonic, but I don’t think I’ll be back & this used to be my favorite one & I live over an hour away.
Thursday night I pulled in, and granted it was 5 minutes til closing, however there were several cars in the parking lot still… I pushed the button only to be greeted with “We aren’t taking orders” & then all the lights got shut off.
All I had wanted was a water & a grape slushy, bc I’d had the stomach flu & hadn’t eaten in 4 days, and finally something sounded good, just to be treated like that….
I manage a restaurant also & I’d write up or fire an employee that shut down early, even if it was 5 minutes, because them closing early can cause me to get in trouble with my boss, not to mention it could cost us repeat customers & sales.

We ordered 5 meals and handed over my credit card to pay. We waited a few minutes, and the waitress came back & said the card was not approved. I paid with cash & left. On the way to the hotel, I used my card to get gas with no issues. We got back to the hotel & it was missing 1 of the combo meals. It wasn’t worth going back because we had traveled 9 hours that day & we do not have a Sonics where I live. We should have gone somewhere else.
For every negative review I give, and I don’t give them very often, I like to give 2 positive reviews even if it is a sincere hello from a gas station clerk.

I am so angry first I wasn’t asked what size of the items that I was purchasing that I wanted so of course I was charged the highest amount I decided to pay for two orders in one with my card and then I was charged twice instead of the total amount which makes taxes higher not only that the burger that I chose was a smashed burger and it had a chemical taste to it I was asked for a medium soft serve and I was given a small I paid the most money for the least amount of things that I received and was unsatisfied with it all not only that you cannot contact the store manager personally without making a trip to the store because the number is incorrect disconnected I have a mind to go on social media and give the worst post imaginable

Usually a great place to eat, typically fast and hot but not as of lately. They are under staffed and it takes forever to get your food. They are hiring though. If you have no experience they start at $10/hour. So if you know anybody needing a job go apply or call there to apply. Right now their hours have changed too they are open from 11am til 8 pm!!!!! I repeat 11am til 8 pm!
