My boys both love coming here. One of my sons has autism and it’s difficult to get him to eat things generally and this is his favorite restaurant. The food is always consistent, which is very important to him. It’s so much better now that they’ve changed how things are done here and revamped the place.

I can’t honestly rate the food because I didn’t get it. Place an order online. Waited inside for just over 10 minutes made an eye contact with every employee present didn’t know I needed to check in. Told an associate who then got a manager who had nothing to say when I mentioned that somebody could’ve told me the instructions. The cook thought that was hilarious. Food was left on counter. I will never return again and will be sending this report to corporate. Every human makes mistakes but to laugh at a customer as an employee is beyond inexcusable behavior. This area has gone way downhill and has very disappointing service employees unfortunately. Tough industry but don’t work in it if you don’t like people.

Fries had zero flavor. No salt. The sandwiches were so greasy we couldn’t eat them. My stomach hurt for days afterwards. The food has gone downhill. Terrible.
* Edit to update. Owner reached out from review and offered us a second chance on the house. The milkshakes are great! He suggested a different sandwich which we tried and enjoyed. Far less greasy. Still not a fan of the fries. Really miss the previous way they were made. Changing my stars as the manager/owner truly cares about his business and his customers. And the milkshakes were a welcome treat! Was definitely worth giving them a second try.
