I’m not really a fan of fast food but this place is pretty good. Fries are phony and too thin but the burger was smashed and flavorful. Ordered The double steak burger w/ cheese and enjoyed it. Thankful they are open late. Food came out pretty fast and I only seen 2 women working back there but had orders flying out.

Did not except drastic change in the menu or the fact there is no waiters for dining in service. Personal preference is to always have a waiter when I’m dining in. Not to my surprise, there was only one other group in there of two says a lot about the restaurant. No salad available. Husband enjoyed the chili Mac in the past unfortunately always saw as a can? We didn’t bring a can opener. Unfortunately, won’t be using any more steak and shakes you to enjoy those up in Illinois by a river. It was a great time. Sad to see the change.

This is our “go-to” for Friday night or Saturday. In the post covid era, they have figured out how to make tasty food for a price we can afford. Better than most fast food places, at a lower cost. No more servers, just computers (giant tablets) and people in the kitchen making it happen.

This place is absolutely horrible!!!! I left before I even got a chance to order my food!!! I went in before I wanted to order I had to use the bathroom. This older lady was mopping the floor and she had the audacity to start screaming and yelling at my because she “mopped the floors” and how everyone always comes in when she’s mopping…. Lady…. It’s not my fault that you have to do your job… stay home if you’re going to have that kind of attitude! After I came out of the bathroom, she had the audacity again to roll her eyes at me after I said I’m sorry. Like, I’m I’m a nice person and like to be respectful but someone in management NEEDS to check this lady…

Self service kiosk to order. The limited time Eggnog Shake was my favorite! Beef tallow french fries are excellent. Burgers were really good with both grilled and raw onion.

I love Steak N Shake, but this is the worst location I’ve eaten. Garlic burger did not have garlic spread on the bun. Food was cold when it was delivered. I chose for delivery method to be directly from Steak N Shake, not a third party provider. It took almost an hour to get our food, despite being only 2 minutes away. Delivery service ended up being Door Dash. The driver was listed as being at the restaurant about 20 minutes after our order was placed and then suddenly the driver was coming from the other end of Tallahassee, stopped at Applebees and then made another delivery, prior to returning to Steak N Shake.

I heard that they are now using beef tallow instead of seed oils so I decided to try it out. The food was delicious and very filling. I sent less then $10 for my meal (including tip) and was satisfied all day. The quality was much better then I expected and I loved the retro theme and vibe of the restaurant. The only thing I’d like them to add is a jukebox or music that would add to the retro feel of the place. Will definitely recommend and visit again soon

Burger was dry.
Person who looked to be in charge observed customers and was pleasant enough. I was using a walker. In order to go the extra mile she could have offered to help. She had already asked us to use a specific garbage can because it wasn’t time to change the full one. ?

I feel like the staff in many fast food chains is getting rude. Not here! I was really impressed with how friendly & helpful they were. The kiosks were made for dummies so I did just fine!
