It’s a good place to eat, but not the best. The burgers are good enough if you’re not picky, but the meat doesn’t taste that great. The milkshakes are good, but not the best. I’ve tried others with better results. It’s a good place if you don’t have a better option. The fries are the best thing about the place.

I recently visited Steak ‘n Scam after hearing about their new beef tallow fries, and I was excited to try them out. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The portion size of the chicken fingers plate was extremely small—just three tiny chicken fingers and some fries—and it took about 20 minutes for the food to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The seasoning on the fries was good, but the soft drinks were disappointing; the Dr Pepper and Coca-Cola tasted watered down, and the self-serve machine was inconveniently locked, requiring a ticket scan to use. The tables were only semi-clean despite the restaurant being empty. Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming visit. Taking my business back to Chick-Fil-A

Had to ring in own food. Not greeted. Dining area was nasty (guess they dont have machines for that yet). The drink scanner is bs. If youre going to have something like that in place make sure it works. Havent been to a steak n shake in years and it was a world of difference from what I remember. Only interaction I had with a person was when I wemt and got my food. I was prompted for a tip also… for what??

Standard Steak ’n Shake experience and pretty much what you would expect. The burgers and fries were good and tasted like classic Steak ’n Shake, which is always a plus.
Service speed was a bit slow, and the eggnog milkshake did not really hit the mark for me, which was a little disappointing. That said, the core menu items delivered, and if you are craving a reliable burger and fries, this location will get the job done.

Update: looks like they have changed their style, it’s self-service now and u have to order at the kiosks and just seat yourselves. We haven’t visited for a long time so changes are understandable. The food is still good though.
The korean guy is super sharp and got my order perfectly. So I am happy. We go here a lot. I got my onion rings and millshake too.

This is the best Steak ‘n Shake I’ve been to in a long time!!! The food was fast, fresh and tasted delicious!! The milkshake was also on point!! The drink machine was different, I’ve never seen anything like that before. (Kinda cool) will definitely be going back. Also the workers there were super polite. Yall must have an awesome manager to run the way you do!!

The food was great, but the floor was slick and greasy near our tables. Also there was mildew on the ceiling and air vents directly over the dining areas and the kiosk screens were all grimy lacking cleaning. This location used to be amazing and it was clean with great service. Unfortunately it just wasn’t the same experience this last time, and I am uncertain if I’d return here.

Uber driver spilled two of my drinks and ruined all the food in my bag. The uber driver told me “uber will take care of it” but they did not reimburse me at all. I had video and photo proof. I went to this steak n shake n let them know my situation. Tony n kaylee were so nice and remade my order free of charge. These are good ppl . We will only eat fast food from here.
