The creamery was very clean and had nice bathrooms. The lightening was very bright and it smelled like ice cream. There were many flavors of ice cream available at a fair price. However, I was not a fan of the consistency of the ice cream it tasted more like frosting. I paid 3.74 for 6oz in the picture and I think that was good. I liked my experience, and I would go back.

Good ice cream, very clean restaurant. A lot of flavors, they have a fair amount of toppings. I would’ve given it a five except I would like to see a non-dairy ice cream option that is not sorbet or sherbet. But if you love regular whole milk ice cream you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been regular customers here for a long time this has been our go-to ice cream spot, and we come at least once a week. We almost always order the same thing: double scoops in waffle cones, and until today we’ve never had an issue. That consistency is the reason we kept coming back.
Unfortunately, today was a very different experience. We ordered two waffle cones, both with double scoops. One of the scoops we were served was dramatically smaller than normal smaller than a child’s scoop, roughly the size of a tablespoon.
When we politely questioned it, the employees told us that the portion was “normal.” While we were still standing there in the shop, they then laughed and snickered to each other, with other customers around. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Mistakes happen, and portion inconsistencies can be addressed but the way we were treated afterward is what ultimately made this experience unacceptable. It’s unfortunate, because this has always been a place we enjoyed and supported, but after today, we won’t be returning.

Me and my grandma went in to get some ice cream, very cheap! 2 good sized banana splits and 2 good sized cupped ice creams for only about $20! Very good service and communication ❤️

Without doubt my favourite ice cream in Greeneville. I know it’s a chain and I know it’s not a local brand but Scoop Dogs absolutely slays the competition. The flavours here are top dog! I could eat an entire gallon of the peanut butter bullseye. Their Michigan Pothole flavour was also mind blowing! I honestly have forgotten about the frogurt shop that was there before. Also service staff are was super helpful and smiley. Excellent service!

First off the location of the building and uniqueness really makes this an immediate family spot. Then to be greeted within moments of walking in with a warm smile with not one but a full staff to a clean environment and very customizable products. The Ice cream was at perfect temperature not too firm not too soft and there’s a wide range of soft servers and toppings to anyone’s delight. This is a definite must stop if you’re passing through!

I normally come here after the park with my kids. And split their Waffle cone between the 2 of them this time, they gave me a miniature, tiny scoop the size of a tablespoon for one kid and a regular 1 For the other when I asked them about it, they said that’s how they always do it. I do not think I’ll be coming here anymore. Because of that customer service and they’re skimpying of ice cream. And then they rudely made a joke about it and laughed at me, because I questioned them about it, definitely a thumbs down
