We haven’t been to a Steak & Shake in many years , and we were overjoyed to find that nothing has changed. Same great food, served promptly with a smile. We both had the steak burger and fries with a small shake. Much better and half the price of the same meal I had a few weeks ago at a different type establishment. We’ll be back.

Good burgers. The fries came to us on the cooler side, but we’re not expecting Michelin-quality food. It was decent for the price, if not a little on the cheaper side. I’ll go again. Great alternative to McDonald’s or Burger King.

The place is a little unkept, but that is because of the shortage of employees, I guess. Other than that, the food was good and tasted great. Except what they call the Chill Mac. It will help a little if they have menus with pictures like in the past. One thing was very good, the good service. Too bad that I am not good with names, but to that person, Thank you!

Every time I go here the food is always good I just wonder why is it that when you get your fries they’re never hot? Well deserved 5 stars at this particular location. I even tipped the server a lot extra, Happy, I was so glad to say we had the best service in a hundred years! It was clean and nice and quiet! Food was served as ordered and really good. Still hit when served!!

I would give this restaurant 5 stars in a heartbeat but the dirty/ greasy floors are hard to fathom. The food is the best I’ve had here and they always make my special (greedy) 7X7 burger. The servers are pleasant as well as the atmosphere. My family enjoys coming to this one!

I am 42 and have been at many steak n shakes…this was the worst. Im used to it being piping hot and right off the grill. Every single thing we got at this location was disgusting. Even when I had to go back in for a replacement…the remake was worst than the mistake! The French fries are already skinny, and they had the nerve to half fill the bag and box. The manager said, yes, we are only supposed to fill them half way. We’ll, this is not the case at other steak n shakes….smh.

Sat at the booth almost 10 mins before our server came up to us, she took our order and disappeared until I realized she was at the counter flirting it up. Had to ask one of the other servers for our drinks and then she had the nerve to come up to us and ask what she could get us after one of the assistant managers brought us a refill and napkins.
