Food is good. But workers don’t like to take accountability when forgetting or messing someone’s order up. I payed extra for ranch and didn’t get it. So when I went back in to get what I paid for the cashier asked the girl working in the kitchen did she forget to add ranch and the girl instantly got an attitude and got loud saying that she didn’t forget it when she in fact did forget the ranch. All she had to do was say she forgot and give me the ranch.

I ordered Frisco Melt with onions, Tom. and lettuce with the sauce to the side. They messed my burger up and put all the sauce on it and no onions. I came back and the woman at the register didn’t really want to make the sandwich over but they did and I waited 23 mins. for it. I saw her dump the basket of fries that had been sitting there back I the grease for 20 secs just to heat them up. I got my burger and they didn’t put any lettuce, tomatoes or onions on it. The whole ordeal was a disaster. The food was horrible. This is my last time getting food from here. The customer service is poor.

The food was inedible. Ordered two burgers and two shakes. The burgers were so salty they couldn’t be eaten. The shakes are supposed to be sweet but not that sweet. Even my three year old wouldn’t take a second sip. There’s plenty of places in town to get a burger and shake. Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment.
