The food I just bought tasted nice. Lost stars because it wasn’t what I asked for and the person who attended to me did not care to 1. Listen and pay attention to what I asked for, 2. Did not care to resolve the issue and dismissed it, 3. Did not apologize for the error. Poor customer service WILL ruin any business. I definitely did not feel good at all with how I was spoken to.

I wanted something to eat while shopping that would be low carb. I stopped at this location in North Park mall. I didn’t want a sandwich and I was surprised to see they have healthy bowls there with veggies and your choice of chicken or beef. I tried the sweet chicken teriyaki and it did not disappoint!!! It was so good and the portion was worth the price. I will definitely buy this again! I am so glad I stopped. The cashier was a bitter pill but the food was excellent.

The big guy that was working on 8/10/25 around 5-6ish is so rude. We came to place an order about 40 minutes before they closed, but we were greeted with “they are the last ones” with a grin on his face. It’s not the first time that we were dealt with poor customer service.

Went to order and the girl at counter was rude and unpleasant. No smile didn’t speak. In the middle of taking my order she stopped walked away to fix a cup of ice. Didn’t say excuse me or nothing. Just walked away. Never ate food because I left and ate a Philly from American Deli next door. 11/23/24 @ 3:10pm

Horrible customer service. I ordered myself a large and my family a regular. When we got our food I notice all the sandwiches were all the same size so I went and told them I order a large , the workers there said yes that is a large so I said well show me what the regular looks like. It was the same exact size. Unbelievable. They did nothing to correct it except say that’s just the way the bread comes. That’s like going to subway and they have a 6 inch but because they call it a large they charge 4 dollars more but its still a 6 inch. Steak escape is a ripoff trying to sell large sandwiches but they are really just regular. $70 dollars down the drain.

Food was good. The customer service was something to be desired. No ” Can I help you?” , ” have a nice day” ” thank you” even after I said ” Thank you not once but twice….once after ordering and once after receiving my food. I ordered a tea, the gentleman said ” we outta tea”. Well ok are you out? are you making more? I mean what does out mean? Just no care at all. Customer service skills definitely needs work.
