At the Steak and Hoagie Factory, we perfected the roll and filled it with the real deal. We started this journey into Sandwich Nirvana back in 1990…long before all the other copiers came along. Come visit our restaurants in Warminster, Richboro, Levittown and Abington to sample our Italian Hoagie or Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak and judge for yourself!
Cheesesteaks, hoagies, deli sandwiches, salads & fried sides from a bright & basic counter serve.

Overall it was decent, but I couldn’t go to 4 stars because it needs some improvement. We ordered a Cheesesteak with mushrooms, sweet peppers and provolone cheese. Cheesesteak American and Italian Hoagie w/oil and vinegar. We ordered fries with cheese and some tots because we don’t always see them.
I ordered online and the experience was simple. They use PDQ for ordering and the interface is simple to use. A recommendation would be to add the cheese types as options and an option for extra cheese on sandwiches.
I went to pickup the sandwiches and I must say the place was really nice inside. It was very clean and there was one customer waiting in front of me for his food. The cashier was nice and asked if I was picking up. She gathered my order, which was ready when I arrived and I was on my way.
The sandwiches were decent but had some room for improvement.
The steaks had a good amount of meat on them. They didn’t have a lot of cheese on them and the meat was a little dry. On my steak I had a couple burnt parts, so it may have been over cooked a little. It had the sweet peppers but no mushrooms. The rolls were good in my opinion. My wife wasn’t a fan of them. They have a little bit of crusty outside and soft inside.
The Italian hoagie was good, better than the steak. It had a good amount of meat, enough oil and vinegar. Only thing I wished it had a little more cheese on it.
The fries and the tots were good.
Overall, I know they are a newer place so I’d say it’s worth a try. Hopefully they will use the customer reviews to make small improvements.
When I called to order, the girl who took the order was pleasant, but that was the only positive thing that I could say about this experience. Next time when my bf suggests Primo Hoagies, I’ll gladly agree instead of recommending this place.
The roast beef, Swiss on rye with mustard somehow morphed into a turkey, ham and cheese with mustard on rye. While the sandwich was thick and tasty, it was the wrong sandwich. We’re a bit too far to just pack everything up and run back for a do-over. We ate everything anyway. Oh well.
Update: The owner reached out to us and replaced our sandwiches. They were fantastic, as always. We will be back, and often as they are a fantastic sandwich shop, and with responsible ownership. Anyone can make a mistake, but not everyone corrects it.
Thanks Michael.
When ordering through Uber eats or grubhub be sure to check the location!! The Newtown location has the killer fingers. Richboro is totally different – they’re standard fingers and nothing special.
