We were certainly not disappointed as EVERYTHING we ordered was amazing. My ribeye steak was perfectly cooked medium rare. My mom’s sea bass and my brother’s salmon were also delectable. The appetizers, sides, and desserts were all amazing too.
Zeff was our server; he and the entire staff were excellent.
The place itself is trendy and lively.
Overall, it was a great experience!
P.S.
The handwritten note was greatly appreciated. Thank you
The service throughout the night was excellent. Our server, Gabin, was attentive without being intrusive, and someone was always nearby if we needed anything. Before we even placed our drink or appetizer order, we were served warm, freshly baked bread—a flaky, buttery croissant roll that was absolutely delicious.
At Gabin’s recommendation, we started with the crispy shrimp and Caesar salad. Both dishes arrived quickly and did not disappoint. The shrimp reminded me of a walnut shrimp-style preparation, with a satisfying crisp and flavorful sauce, and the Caesar was a fresh, well-executed take on a classic.
For our mains, we both ordered the ribeye—mine the dry-aged version—and shared the Brussels sprouts with bacon. My dry-aged ribeye was excellent and met every expectation you’d have for a prime cut: flavorful, tender, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, my wife’s ribeye did not reflect the same level of quality. While the cook was accurate, the cut itself was quite sinewy with pockets of fat that were difficult to cut through, which took away from the experience.
We brought it to Gabin’s attention, and he graciously offered to have it re-cooked to see if that might help. We declined and tried to make the most of it, but ultimately my wife wasn’t able to finish the steak due to the texture. When we mentioned it again, Gabin sincerely apologized, removed the steak from our bill, and offered a complimentary dessert to ensure we left on a better note. We truly appreciated the professionalism and care shown in handling the situation.
Overall, aside from the one steak not meeting expectations for a high-end restaurant, everything else—from the atmosphere to the service and starters—was excellent. Thank you again to Gabin for making the evening memorable and for taking care of us.
The appetizers all slapped, with the firecracker shrimp being the most amazing, followed by the burrata with onions / figs. The NY strip steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and I love the sizzling hot plate it was served on. The cocktails were stiff and delicious – was impressed by their gin selection! My friend enjoyed her grilled salmon as well. Dessert was mind-blowing: vanilla cake with roasted pecans, vanilla gelato, and caramel. Super rich so make sure you save room for it!
Great decor, friendly service, and overall a great high-end steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
My friend and I absolutely loved it! The beets salad is also highly recommended and ofc the 45 aged ribeye. Can’t wait to go back again
