I like Sonic’s food. We had some “groovy fries” – crinkle cut. They were very good!! I ordered a Route 44 Diet Vanilla Coke. Same great taste, but they really shorted it but stuffing the cup full of ice! Take a look at the photo and you decide! Disappointing! And soda really doesn’t cost much! It’s about 90% profit before the ice!!

We went here the day we learned our dog had cancer. She loved the tots from sonic. A week later, she had crossed the rainbow bridge. Not sure when we will be able to go to Sonic again and not bawl our eyes out with memories of our sweet furry kiddo

We have tried and tried again and again to eat here. Me and my husband have repeatedly had our orders messed up. Our food with be wrong or they will forget something. We went a few weeks ago and ordered 2 chili cheese tots and only got one. We called out to carhop as she was walking away and she ignored us or maybe didn’t hear us. We had to press the button and when they finally answered they were rude asking if we were sure that’s what we ordered because they didn’t remember taking an order for that. I told them to come look at the receipt. They came out with the second order and I tried to show her the receipt and she ignored me and walked off. So rude. I even have a picture of an order I received a few months ago that I received with no napkins or spoon for a blast. We only received a straw. I did complain but it was gross. We give up on this horrible location.

Still, hands down, the worst sonic to ever exist. Placed an order for a drink and the kiosk says they are on their way. 6 minutes later, still no drink and the kiosk is now cleared. Two vehicles that arrived after me both ordered drinks and both got their drinks within a minute to two minute time frame. The servers inside were dancing. This place has been ridiculous since 2010 and is still ridiculous to this day.

17 July 2021 Update: Things are looking up at this sonic. The last 6 or so visits have been accurate and speedy. I’m not sure what changed in there but it’s a drastic improvement. I’ve upgraded then to 3 stars from 1. If this keeps up i will up then some more.

8 June 2021 Update: I really wish we could do day by day reviews. Today(8jun2021), the service was fast, despite it being lunch time. The order was not only right, the slushy was made perfect for the first time here. For today they get 5 stars
original review: It’s the most unreliable sonic I’ve ever frequented. They hardly ever get our orders right. They keep you waiting till your order times out. Yesterday my slush came out more water than slush. I’ve thrown two away recently for this reason. I live arrive the corner and order ahead. I still spend 20 minutes or more waiting and have use the order button to beg them to bring out the food.
