Set slopeside in Four Seasons Hotel. Celebrating my birthday after a long day of skiing and was impressed. I was worried reading other reviews of how expensive it was but I found that ordering well kept costs in line and still gave us an excellent meal. It helped that they threw in the birthday cookie/ice cream for free. We had the shrimp cocktail and crab leg appetizers. Both excellent. Portion size of shrimp was great, portion size of crab legs was a little small. For mains we ordered and shared the 40oz Wagyu porterhouse. At $260 not cheap but enough for three of us was a great value. Asked for medium rare but it was on rarer side (which I preferred but my kids would have liked a little more done). Nbd, the char was great and we all found parts that we liked. Was a nice birthday dinner and wrap up to our ski weekend.

We went here on the first night of our stay and loved it so much that we canceled another reservation to come back. Amazing steak selection cooked to perfection, but don’t miss the starters to share. Had the bison tartar, pork belly (our waiter suggested and he was correct), quail, and scallop and would recommend them all. Did the steak sampler the first night (with some added ounces) and a strip the second. Wanted to try more sides, but stuck with broccolini and fries, both of which were amazing. Had to get the s’mores, which were a bit over the top but fun nonetheless. Our waiter Kevin knew the menu inside and out and made a perfect table side old fashion.

Service was phenomenal, the steak was perfect. I don’t think adding smoke to the chocolate ganash helped very much, as the sweetness of the caramel didn’t compliment the overpowering bitterness of the smoke. The food was a four, while the service was a solid 5/5 perfect.

Quite the romantic setting, a group date would be best here, but be ready to spend a little more than you normally would.

Hands down the best dinner in Jackson! Oysters and steaks were perfectly prepared. Our waitress was extremely helpful in recommending drinks, appetizers, and mains. Four seasons offers complimentary valet for the restaurant. We cannot wait to return.

Words can not express the experience I had tonight. The service was absolutely incredible from start to finish. AJ and Adam were so warm and welcoming. Not to mention the food – the filet was cooked to perfection and they accommodated my picky toddler in the best way. Can not recommend enough!

This was our first dining experience after the new rebranding/restaurant, after having eaten in the Four Seasons’ restaurant a number times before. Needless to say, it was disappointing.

It was a special day, so to start we tried 4-5 appetizers and they were all very delicious.

On to the entrees, the two $90 medium rare ordered steaks that were cooked to well done (photos), which were chewy and undesirable. My wife also ordered a side of fries, which never came despite an additional reminder, yet we were charged for them (I suppose this was my fault for not noticing upon paying the $1,000 bill for 4 people, but it was already chalked up as a loss, so I just reluctantly handed over my card to quietly escape the undesirable dinner experience).

We’ve lived in Jackson for two decades. Overall, and unfortunately, there are quite a few other restaurants I’d rather recommend in the Jackson Hole area for an actual fine dining experience. Pretty disappointing meal for the birthday celebration and special occasion we had hoped for.

We had a 7pm reservation, but didn’t get our food until after 9PM. Once the food finally got there even though we disclosed a nut allergy when we placed our orders, they delivered a shared side without disclosing the nuts in the sauce. We were also unable to make a reservation for a larger party over a month in advance, but saw that a table big enough for our group was empty all night. We paid way too much money for this kind of service.

My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day this year over a month ago while we’re staying in Jackson. My husband got a phone call from a staff member today telling us they have to cancel our reservation because they have people that are staying at the resort there that would like to make a reservation and they’re prioritizing them over us and our reservation that we had already made a month and a half ago. That is so RUDE and completely unprofessional! I have personally worked in the customer service industry for years and I can’t imagine treating a customer that way. I’ve also never ever heard of a policy like this. My husband and I are locals here with a lot of connections and I can tell you right now, you will never receive business from us ever again. And we will be letting everyone else know of our horrible experience and not to waste time making reservations here or come here for a dining experience. If you’re traveling to Jackson on vacation this could be a huge inconvenience in your travel plans. Especially if you made reservations in advance and they become canceled last minute. If you’re looking for a great steakhouse with a wonderful dining experience go to The Local!
