Nice place once you get inside. Parking is a bit dicey on a not so busy holiday Monday. Service started a bit slow but I gotta say… food and drinks was totally worth the short wait!!
My husband had a burger, I had a fried chicken sandwich. And I am oh so glad we opted to share the flautas. Those were probably the best I have ever had anywhere! Everything was executed perfectly and tasted super fresh. That latte was out of the world fantastic! I hope to visit the area again soon so we can try more deliciousness!

Great neighborhood brunch destination! Chef prepared a perfect omelette with lot of cilantro & peppers just the way my husband likes it. The Japanese pancakes were great. Salad & sweet potato fries were delicious. Coffee was ok. Server & staff is friendly. Will definitely visit again.

My girlfriend and I came here close to noon for a late brunch. There was a little wait to be seated and the food was okay. We would have been fine with both of those things as it was a Sunday and we weren’t in any rush to get anywhere but the the service from our server ruined the whole experience. Three separate times I had to go to find our server to request things like a refill on my coffee, to add an item to my order, and to bring us the check. And I do not feel like we were just being impatient as we had been there for over an hour and he only came to our table to take our order and when our food was brought out. From a business perspective I feel this is a loss of revenue as we were a table that easily could have been turned over sooner but we would be left waiting until the point thay I would have to go get our server to request anything.

The chicken and waffles are on the best I have ever had, especially combined with their super sweet maple syrup. Also recommend their brioche French toast, super tasty as well. Atmosphere feels very nice and upscale with planets of parking for breakfast. Easy to get to and a great quick breakfast spot

First-time customer today, and all I can say is… OMG!!! Wait time was not long at all. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was under the impression that this was just a typical breakfast/ pancake restaurant, boy, was I wrong. Let’s start with their lattes, I had a cold pistachio flavor one, and it was so good. I ordered the eggs with maduros. I love maduros, and the blend of them with chorizo, avocado, and cheese was out of this world! Can’t wait to go back ☺️

This is such a cute and cozy place for brunch. The menu is so diverse that took us a while to decide what we wanted. We shared the Pesto Burrata avocado toast, which was so fresh. The bacon is very crispy and delicious. I got the Smoker Royale egg benny. My friend got the goat omelette. Salad or potatoes will come with your meal. Lovely staffs, music, and atmosphere. Definitely will come back!

We stopped here for breakfast as a family of 5. This place is wonderful and very clean. Servers were kind and very attentive. The dishes were very fresh, creative and delicious. The Ben’s Maduro and the Hi-End truffle is a must try.

They have the best hot chocolate – it’s such a treat!! The food was delicious also. Great waitress, friendly and attentive. There was a short wait for a table, but worth it. Loved it!

I recently visited Stax for breakfast and ordered a classic breakfast plate that included eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pancakes. When we arrived, we found that the restaurant wasn’t very busy since we went in the afternoon. The seating was comfortable, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. We were seated promptly and given menus, and the server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal.
When our food arrived, the presentation was visually appealing, and the dishes were plated well. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the potatoes were nicely seasoned, and the sausage was cooked thoroughly. The pancakes were also good, though they could have been a bit fluffier. Overall, while the food wasn’t bad, it wasn’t amazing either. It was just a decent meal that satisfied our hunger. The only downside was that it didn’t taste as good as it looked, and the flavors didn’t pop as much as we would have liked.
Despite this, we appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the food that was served. We had an enjoyable experience, and the attentive service made the visit pleasant. Based on this experience, I would rate Stax a four-star restaurant. While it’s not the best breakfast spot around, it’s still worth visiting for a decent meal in a clean and comfortable environment.
