Had the opportunity to indulge in Sunday Funday Brunch at Stats. My cousin was able to secure a last minute reservation the day of for 12:30pm. Our party size was 4. I 100% recommend you have a reservation. This place was recently renovated and looks amazing. I mean total facelift! Nice Job Stats! Now back to the review. The waitress was extremely nice and gave personal recommendations on the food. I ended up ordering Catfish and Grits with a side of cheese eggs. It was so bomb! The fish was fried and seasoned to perfection. The grits were creamy and very flavorful. I was very pleased with my order. I would have given this restaurant five stars however the wait time for the food was a little longer than I had anticipated. With your reservation, you get a two hour window. Our waitress was extremely accommodating seeing as we were seated at 12:30 but our food did not come out until 1:30. We got additional time to eat, which was much appreciated. I didn’t even realize that we have been waiting for some time for the food because the drinks were flowing. Definitely a vibe, whether you want to hang out with the girls / guys or just get out the house and enjoy and good meal and great atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of being served by Belle at Stats Restaurant, and she was an absolute delight from start to finish. Her energy was warm, welcoming, and a whole vibe. She was extremely efficient, professional, and attentive to everything we needed.
Her timing with both food and drinks was perfect — our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly when we were ready for it. And let me tell you, she kept the drinks flowing without us ever having to ask. That level of service is rare!
If you want quality service, great food, and strong drinks, definitely check out Stats. You will NOT be disappointed. And make sure you ask for Belle — she’s truly one of a kind!

The food was like warm. The waiter was rude and kept forgetting our order. We had to ask for drinks multiple times. The table was not clean when we were seated. We asked for napkins multiple times and the waiter took forever to bring them. I usually enjoy the establishment but this time was lackluster!

Nyriah was absolutely amazing. She had great suggestions. Great energy. It wasn’t one time that I had to ask for water. The atmosphere was great. The good and music was great. I was turned off from charlotte after attending ten48 but the place changed my mind. There won’t be a time where I visit North Carolina and I don’t stop by this place.

Last Thursday, my family and friends gathered at Stats Lounge to celebrate my sister’s birthday. What started as a joyful evening turned stressful when we realized her birthday cards from her daughters were missing. In the heat of the moment, we wrongly accused the staff of possibly taking them, and I truly regret that.
After speaking with the owner, Natosha, she graciously took the time to review the video footage with me. The footage clearly showed we were mistaken. Once I saw that, I immediately apologized.
I want to publicly say how much I appreciate the way Natosha handled the situation. She was calm, patient, kind, and incredibly professional — even while being unfairly accused. She listened, she understood our concern, and she responded with grace. That meant more than she probably knows.

We had a great experience thanks to our server, Ivy. Her service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was correct, and kept things moving smoothly without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear she takes pride in providing great customer service, and it really made our visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! And don’t get me started on the hookah service… we ordered and it wasn’t burning AT ALL! Top tier!!

I have been here a few times many years ago, and I remembered it being a great vibe for 30+. The vibe has not changed. What has changed since I had last visited is the customer service. From the rude and obnoxious bouncer at the door to the nonchalant waitress at the table — the early part of the evening started off disappointing. The outstanding food and drinks have thankfully not changed. Everything that hit the table was exceptionally delicious — good enough to compensate for the horrible service. After a few drinks and full tummy — we relocated to postal around the bar and enjoy the DJ/music which was a whole vibe!! I should note that we were forced to leave the table as they have a 90-minute table limit on Friday nights — make sure you know this. I’m so thankful the experience ended on a high note because it started on super shaky ground.

Our bar attendant, Kendall, was absolutely the best! She was so friendly, attentive, and really made our experience enjoyable. We was visiting from New Orleans, and a friend who lives nearby recommended this place—and I’m so glad they did. Kendall made us feel welcome right away, and her service was top-notch. Highly recommend stopping by!

The atmosphere felt fresh and vibrant, and it’s definitely a great spot for sports fans with all the big screens perfect for watching football and other games.
We didn’t have a reservation, so we ended up sitting at the bar, which turned out to be a great option. It wasn’t overly crowded for a Sunday afternoon, though it did start to fill up as we were getting ready to leave.
As for the food, it did not disappoint. I had the Philly cheese omelet with roasted potatoes, and my friend ordered the drunken French toast. Both dishes were delicious—no complaints at all!
One thing to note: Stats opens at noon, but the doors didn’t open until about 12:10. We were left standing outside as if we were waiting to get into a club. When the doors finally opened, IDs were checked, and bags were searched, which was unexpected and gave off more of a nightclub vibe than a typical brunch spot. It’s worth keeping in mind that this isn’t your average walk-in-and-sit-down restaurant; it’s a bit of an experience.
Overall, I’d recommend Stats for the great food and fun atmosphere, but just be prepared for a slightly unconventional entry

Just moved here from DC sat at the bar with my friend and Kendall was my bartender. She made conversation with us, recommended what we should eat and she was super attentive. The food was really good! I had the chicken Cajun pasta. And my friend had the lobster Mac. If you’re new to Charlotte definitely come here and ask for Kendall at the bar she is wonderful!!
