Golden pride is the Best! It’s always clean and the students that work there are always friendly. I’ve never been disappointed with my food or the price. The Frontier burrito is what working class people eat. Good hearty food and it’s hot. Try the OJ! Might be a little pricey but worth it. It is fresh squeezed and it tastes amazing.

Man… the last few times I’ve shown up, it’s been relatively dead, yet the service/ food quality has been quite bad.

Breakfast burrito tastes like mushy potatoes in it with very little egg. Not the hasbrowns they used to make them with. Hardly any kind flavor and the green chili never has a bite to it. Sure is going down hill. And the long drive thru line that i sat in starting on Central is ridiculous. Open your second line!

Can’t say anything about the atmosphere closed just drive thru was open. Very sad no napkins, plates forks. Given. Spent a $100.00 Plus the Package of Cinnamon Rolls were freezer burned

Upon your arrival, at any of our local “Golden Pride” restaurants the first glaring fact you will notice is the ridiculously long line of vehicles impatiently waiting for lackluster chicken or some other bland, tasteless, pile of tripe. The lines are noticeably longer in the morning with disillusioned “locals” cueing up for Golden Pride’s signature breakfast burritos – although this is somewhat of a mystery because their bb’s are tasteless tubes of foam – their are better bb’s in a Wisconsin Denny’s. The last tidbit of information is the fact that every Golden Pride’s dining area is still closed because of the Virus that never was…..HAVE FUN!

Completely flavorless. I got ribs and several kinds of chicken, but everything was unseasoned. The only hint of flavor was old fry oil. Even the BBQ sauce tasted like it had been watered down. My wife commented that the Kings Hawaiian roll was the most flavorful thing in the whole meal.

It’s one of the greatest local franchises with several locations around town. Drive-thru lines may appear long, but for good reason! Their fried chicken is fantastic! But I love their breakfast burritos! Especially the “number 9”, as it’s known to the locals. They also have smoked chicken, which they call BBQ (sauce is on the side), which is good as well. Most dinners come with a roll, but I prefer their fresh “Frontier” tortillas. They can also be purchased by the dozen! Salad options are okay. The large Chef Salad can easily feed two.

Was waiting in line for my order and a random person walks up to the drive thru, and was allowed to order, pay, and receive his order, before several customers who were patiently waiting in line, including myself. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. Food is always good, but being treated like I was not even there, doesn’t sit well with me. I will not be returning. This was done at the Central location on the Westside of Albuquerque.
