My girlfriend and I like checking out new restaurants, and decided to give this place a try. The service was top notch, and the food was incredible! Vince was our server and he took great care of us! He helped us navigate the menu and was very prompt checking on us. We had the crab cake, the chopped salad, blackened redfish, and Mr Vince recommended this chocolate peanut butter cake so we ordered that to go and it did not disappoint! We left the restaurant full and happy! We will definitely be back! 10/10!

The food here was delicious! Appetizers we had were Wildcatfish & Chips and Jumbo Lump Crabcake. Our entrees were Seared Pampano and Trout Almondine. For dessert we had the Bread Pudding. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint that we had here was the noise level, which makes it hard to carry on a conversation while enjoying your wonderful meal.

My first time here! It was great! We had cocktails (Manhattan and Dirty Martini) and the Fish and Chips to start. It was a first date so the atmosphere out on the patio was perfect for easy conversation. We shared the fish tacos for our entrée. Service was attentive, food was delicious and everything was clean from the parking area to the door. Great first! Thank you Station 6.

Overrated as a restaurant while it’s much more of a dive-in. It’s a full brown panel tavern fit for sandals and beach flip-flops. The menu is limited and totally over priced. I dined here with a former friend group and they had raved over how great a signature dish, “Crab on Crab” is. It’s simply a single fried crab with crab meat stuffed to the center. (The group I was out with was a small circle of ppl who really don’t get out much) The table staff seemed very unaccustomed to new patrons or wine orders. I’m not sure which. I ordered a glass of the house chardonnay, which was delayed and for some reason urged the waiter to deliver it with very exaggerated physical motion. (He actually did a ballerino’s twirl just to place a single glass of white wine at the table.) All of the serving staff seemed annoyed and high-strung. To the extent that they refused to accommodate request for a side of french fries or anything else so that a toddler at the table could have her own dish.
Just as a mention, they made it clear that they would not separate the tab. And with that, the 1 glass of wine, appetizer salad, and salmon tacos for carry out totalled more than $50.
Quite naturally, I left a fair gratuity all the same; only because I worked many years in food service.

Got the Red snapper, soft shell crab with regular crab meat on top , and the Kale salad with goat cheese, so good!
Place definitely is unique for Louisiana and they tell you where everything was sourced from locally.
The sauces on the dishes are not heavy like a lot of places in Louisiana do, they’re perfectly cooked and very light so you feel good after you eat here!

Station 6 in Metairie is an absolute gem. The fried softshell crab topped with jumbo lump crab meat is one of the best dishes in the city — perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Their bread pudding is also unmatched, easily the best I’ve had anywhere. Great food, great service, and a place I always look forward to visiting.

The food was great, but the service??? Exceptional! Every single person we interacted with was genuinely in a good mood. The host was great, the cocktail server was hilarious and super personable, and she even went out of her way to bring olives back when our pregnant friend mentioned a martini sounded good.
Our server was fantastic too! attentive, kind, and on top of everything. Even the food runner made a great impression.
We were a 6 top on a Saturday night ~7:30 and only waited about 20–30 minutes (which flew by thanks to the quick cocktail server and comfy couch+fire pit).
Overall an amazing experience!

Haven’t been here since last year. As I remember the service was very good, still is.
Had the Sashimi Tuna appetizer as my meal. VERY good.
They were extremely busy. Sat at the bar – Louis,
(our bartender/waiter), went above and beyond to be sure we had all we needed even though he was beyond busy!!
Chop salad was very good, my girl has shrimp appetizer. Great as well.

Amazing food! Our waitress was so incredibly nice. (Ede) I recommend the sizzling garlic shrimp, the chop salad with fried oysters, and the gumbo. Their oysters on the half shell were the best I’ve ever had.
