This is one of our favorite stops every time we visit Emerald Isle. The menu has enough variety to satisfy the picky eaters in our family. We always start with the Onion Rings. Some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The wings are always good as well.
Tonight I tried their seafood platter and was pleasantly surprised. Very generous portions and fried nicely.
Worthy of mentioning, they have a bar and plenty of TVs to provide a place to crash while the ladies shop. There are also a few outdoor seats if you are traveling with a pet.

We love Shark’s Den as locals. We go for wings and ribs pretty often and it’s easily the best bar food on the island. Also, Reid was our server today and he’s AMAZING. He understood us in a way I literally didn’t think was possible. I wrote an acrostic poem for him because he was so great:

The food was divine, and the only critical remark I have to make is, if you are going to buy a kids meal shrimp basket, just get the shrimp and let your Littles share your fries. There are only about 5 shrimp and not worth the price point.
Other than that, the whole of the experience was great! The waitress was kind and attentive, the food was quick and tasty. We had the all American and stingray. French fries and squashed potatoes were the sides of choice. It was a pleasure to be sure.

Food was amazing as usual. Also had a tasty cocktail. It was loud but I think a sports team had just won and were celebrating. Mom’s were not as impressed as my fiance and I were. Get a cheeseburger!

Much. much better than the average beach bar – the food quality is high, and there are unique items on the menu you don’t usually see in beach/sports bars. Good mix of Island residents and summer visitors; service is above average, even when busy, and the bar is pleasant and efficient. Lot’s of restaurant seating away from the bar, as well, so it’s very kid friendly.

Finally, I got to eat the best berger I can honestly say to date. The last 9 years been trying to find a place near me that make some Amazing creations. They not only have great ideas for a burger but there selection of protein and veggies Patty’s. My first ever waygu berger and sweet great price for the experience. Extremely impressed with this place and definitely will be back with friends and family.

Great bar in Emerald Isle. Reasonably priced food and drinks. IMHO, the best thing on the menu is the Seafood Nachos. The appetizer is large enough to satisfy 3 or 4 people. After you finish that appetizer, try the ribs. They are fall off the bone delicious! The staff is friendly and a shout-out to Jeff and the other bartenders, absolutely the best.

This was my 5th time there between the hours of 2 and 4 pm and I have to say the service is ok and I haven’t been there when there is more than 10 customers. I usually order a burger and have found the food prep to be inconsistent. On a positive note… the beer is always cold.

We went because our party of 5 included a vegetarian and their menu online showed a Beyond Burger option. We we arrived and tried to order, we were told they changed their mini and that was no longer available. Super disappointing. While we enjoyed the place and our food, we would have gone else where had we known.
