Whoa I was surprised at how gorgeous these croissants looked and how delicious they tasted. I am super impressed because I’ve tried all the pastry shops around and compared croissants. I’m familiar with croissants and I know how difficult it is to make them, and make them right. These are special because the size is really good, tons of crispy ultra thin layers and the middle is chewy, absolutely perfect. 10/10 croissants. Highly Recommend!!!

Went to this hidden gem based on the reviews on social media and WOW….it surely did not disappoint. The pistachio croissant was huge and stuffed with a delicious pistachio crème that was outstanding and it sure had plenty of filling. And same with the Guava & Cheese croissant….absolutely delicious. They both were equally my favorites. The Pane Au Chocolat was ordered to go and was also huge. The various breads looked and smelled delicious. The service was extremely friendly as she took the time to explain the ingredients in each pastry. We will definitely be back to this bakery.

OMG this place is awesome. First off the baked goods are perfect. Not a single thing I can complain about. I had the guava & cheese croissant and a loaf of jalapeño and cheddar sourdough. The croissant large super flaky and flavorful. It tastes like they make the fillings and spread there. The sourdough loaf is wonderful. 1Kg of weight. Or should I say 1Kg of joy. Perfect mix of spicy and cheesy, I am a lover of all things cheese and jalapeño. This hit the spot.

It’s a really delicious croissant that’s not greasy, but light and delicious. But croissants often sell out quickly. Buy croissants early in the day.
I love having such a delicious croissant shop in Tampa.

The croissant looked fine at first, but when I ate it the next day, it tasted strange. After checking, I discovered mold inside. It may not be suitable for next-day consumption.

You could search the entire world for the perfect pastry and I assure you one from here would be really close. Whether you choose the unique kouign-amann or an almond (or pistachio or guava) croissant, you’ll fall in love with this bakery for it’s quality and authenticity. The rustic sourdough breads are worth the trip in and of themselves.

Wow some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. Tried the chocolate chunk cookie, guava croissant, and banana bread and each one was to die for. The lady working the counter was also super friendly and was giving us a breakdown of each one and which were her favorites. I can’t wait to try their sourdough loaves next. Prices are reasonable but just know there is no indoor seating, so get your box to go

One of my favorite local, south tampa bakeries! The bakery is fresh, and the owner and staff are super friendly and explain everything about their pastries and how they’re made.

The croissant and pastries are wholesome and delicious. They are very moist and are bigger than your average pastries, but cost the same. So you get more for your dollar! And it’s high-quality ingredients

The flavors are very unique and I enjoy trying the different ones. My only gripe is that I am very particular in that I don’t like pastries with filling but for some reason, I enjoy these!

We were searching for coffee and happened to come across this place.
I found myself unable to resist the temptation and purchased a dessert for breakfast.
The taste was wonderful, the quality was very high, and the croissants were enormous.
We selected the pistachio and butter varieties

Highly recommend!

I’m very late to the game on this one. It’s a sourdough bakery that I’ve been wanting to try for a very long time. It never appeared to be open the last few times I drove by it. Make sure you check the hours of operation on their website before making that special trip.

With all of that said… Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! You would think that sourdough would be heavy in a croissant recipe. Not these croissants. They are light considering the size and amount of filling that’s inside of them. I split all 4 of these croissants with my husband in a 2 day period. I bought 4 different flavors: Guava, Pistachio, Butterscotch Crème Brûlée, and Almond. All were very good, but my absolute favorite was the almond one that was filled with a delicious frangipane mixture. I could really taste the butter in each bite.

I’m also in love with the Olive Roasted Garlic loaf. We’re still sharing that one. It’s even better toasted with an olive oil drizzle. I thought about getting the Cheddar Jalapeño, but I’ll save that for next time.

Everything is baked fresh daily. They sell more than just croissants & bread. There were scones, muffins, Kouign-Amann, cookies, and even a savory BEC danish. So many different flavors that it’s so difficult to choose just one. I’m definitely going to try the Cuban croissant next time. Oh, and go early in the morning (or order ahead) if you’re looking for something specific. They sell out regularly.

It looks like I’ll be adding a stop at State Flour to my list when running errands near the base. That list keeps growing.
