The onion rings were really good and the hamburger was ok. My husband didn’t like the burrito. The chocolate shake was delicious.

Food was fresh and warm. First time I had been to a Stars and the person helping me with my order was friendly, patient, and helpful with questions on menu options. We had lots of delicious food for 30 dollars. 2 Burger and fry combos, the delicious fried jalapenos bits (delicious) without cheese, and a delicious small avalanche with Oreos. Tonight(03/15/2025), I went to take my son to have a good burger at Our Local Los Fresnos Stars, in the 20 some odd years I have came here, never had this happened. I ordered a Number 1 with Cheese, when I received the burger, it did not have cheese, called it in thru the intercom, and they just sent out a slice of cheese for me to add to the burger I already had on hand. I don’t know who is in charge, but this is not right.

7/19/25, 10:20PM. I was almost done placing my 4th order for my family and I, until the person taking my order stopped responding. I asked hello twice, pushed the button twice, and someone walking approached and asked if someone answered yet. I said yes, but they just stopped responding.. then the person responded and said “give me a second”. The wild thing is she was taking another person order NEXT to me, BEFORE she finished my order ?!? Once she finished the person’s order next to me, she comes back and asked me if I still wanted my order. I questioned if she took the order next to me ane she completely dodged my questions and fails to take responsibility, so I ask for the manager, AND SHE WAS THE MANAGER. honestly embarrassing to even admit that, and even more embarrassing to take ownership of her mistake. I told her I wasn’t going to be eating there if she was managing.. so I drove across to Whataburger. Whataburger even took my order in one go!
