This was my first time here, and I can say this place didn’t disappoint. We were there for two hours for a birthday party. Great hospitality. After bowling, we played laser tag, then went back to bowling. To the gentleman who was serving us and making sure everything was perfect—thank you. He had dreadlocks and was very friendly. I asked him if he must have fun working here, and he said yes, he does. Stars and Strikes, thank you for the great time.

I didn’t get food on this trip because I wasn’t satisfied the last time, but its definitely kids friendly. It can be cheaper especially bowling but the Concord location in NC is closer to my home and my kids have fun. One thing, I would love to see change is more workers on the floor, my kids lost alot of points on a non-working machine and it took so long to find someone, plus they never tagged the machine out of order once I reported and thats how my other son went to the same machine and wasted tickets/ points.

First time here and we had the best time. Elijah was the best help today. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. We played laser tag and played in the arcade. It was hot in the laser tag area. We did not bowl or eat there.

An AWFUL experience. We booked an hour and a half online and pre paid ahead of my husband’s birthday. Our family arrived for our 2pm slot 5-10 minutes ahead of time.
When we got to the bowling counter to “check-in” they looked at us as if we weren’t supposed to be there, then upon giving our reservation information, they told us to come back in 10-15 minutes. We stood around waiting, checking every so often to see if our (pre reserved) lanes were available. Nearly half an hour after our scheduled time slot, we were given a lane.
Once we started bowling, the lanes were a little tight, but we were having fun celebrating. Less than an hour into our 90 minute reservation, an employee came over and told us they overbooked the lanes and we had to leave immediately – with no refund. They offered us a gift card for less than we paid, or credits towards games…
I’m so confused as to how we can just get kicked out – in the middle of our game – when we had a reservation. What kind of business operates like this?
When we asked about a full refund, we were told we had to call corporate and there’s nothing they can do about it. What a mess.

Booked a party for my 13 year old son with short notice. I called the number in the website and a manager took care of my request very attentively. Even I got a little discount.
Based on others reviews, I wasn’t sure how our event would go. But once we met our party host, I knew everything would be fine. Jason was there in every step to help us entertain the little kiddos. From bowling, laser tag, bumper cars and video games… the children and adults had a blast.
My son kept telling me it was one of his best birthday parties ever.
We ordered pizzas and fries. Prices are reasonable. The fries are amazing. The pizzas were hot and good.
Our host made sure the drinks were flowing and asked us frequently if we needed anything else. Great job Jason!
We definitely will be back with our loud crew in the lanes.

We chose the “All Access” birthday package for my daughter’s birthday party that was held over the weekend at the Concord, NC Stars and Strikes location and it was such a great experience. Our party attendant, Whitney, was amazing and the kids had an awesome time! We bowled, played laser tag, birthday girl got to go inside the ticket tornado, and played in the arcade. Great experience all the way around!

We paid $15 extra to reserve a lane on line plus paid the hour and a half reservation up front. When we arrived, our lane was not ready and the people were not friendly. We were finally given a lane about 15-20 minutes later. A little over half way into our time, a young lady approached and said we would have to leave. They had overbooked and needed the lane we had already paid for. They gave us no other bowling options. We asked for our money back and they declined because we had already paid on line. The gave us game cards for the inconvenience. So they determined how our refund was given. Corporate only offered half our money back. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Awesome first experience! My son and I came to have some 1:1 time and had a late lunch, played games and bowled. Food was excellent! Staff was so helpful and kind!! We will absolutely be back.
