Whoever was wrapping burgers must’ve been having a bad day, no need to take it out on my burgers though. Broke my heart when I unwrapped my burgers and they were smushed together with the wrapping. Too bad im not a fan of the burnt bun taste otherwise I would’ve loved these burgers. Maybe giving the underage employees a raise would make them want to do their job better ?? Ive never been a manager so I wouldn’t know how to handle moody teenagers in a fast food joint but the customer service could use some improvement. Drive thru wasnt busy and there was only 3 other cars in the parking lot, Ive ever had any problems with this Braums location until today so hopefully it was just a bad day and future visits will be more enjoyable.

Braum’s was recommended to me for milk by a lady raised on the farm. I agree, I like their milk better. It doesn’t have that coating left in the mouth like other milks.

Stores was clean food was good came out hot in reasonable amount of time. Just a little confusion when placing our order. I asked for 2 glasses of water and they were going to charge us $1.25 per glass.

I have been a frequent customer of this Braum’s for a while now, when they reopened after renovations I was astonished by how awful they have started treating their employees. The Co-manager(an older woman whose name I don’t know, and honestly don’t feel like remembering) takes this way too seriously and treats her mostly teenage employees like crap. A restaurant as busy as this one already stresses them out enough and she is way too eager to add on to it. It’s just a fast food joint, not a five star gourmet; let them do their job and stop pressing them so hard.
