Astonishing menu with a good variety of food options. I had the chicken Milanese sandwich and ohh boy the sandwich was huge and not only delicious the bread was baked to perfection. The fries were absolutely perfect and crispy. Definitely recommend this place for linner (lunch/dinner) great job guys came in hungry and left super full.

Sunday brunch at Starlite Bistro was amazing! Michaela greeted us at the door and made us feel truly special right from the start. Our server, Matthew, was outstanding—super knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose exactly what we were craving. I had the Housemade Mole Chilaquiles (the brunch special), and we shared the jicama tacos (a must-try!), deviled eggs, and a charcuterie board. The warm, inviting atmosphere paired with chill house music made it the perfect Sunday vibe. Starlite is officially our new favorite brunch spot!

Really enjoyed Starlite (recently merged Rulis restaurants) and especially the service. Our waitress (Emily I believe) and provided us with great recommendations. The birria flautas were delicious

One of the newest eateries in El Paso. It was a refreshing update from the older spot. The decor and atmosphere is well done. The kitchen seemed slow but this was a soft opening and I’m sure they will iron out the kinks. We were pleased with their food offerings. The menu has something for everyone. When the food came out, it was delicious. The lunch was quite enjoyable. Will visit again to see how they progress.

Party of 6 went to dine in a Thursday evening. Service was excellent. I had the Pasta Rustica which is my favorite. Very Tasty!. My friend had a fried chicken sandwich, which was so huge she had to take half of it home! 3 of the ordered the Cod, they were all pleased. One person ordered a pizza…..he wouldn’t share it with any of us, as it was good!
We were all pleased with service, food and atmosphere. Ruli, we will be back!

My husband and I visited on the evening of 7/18 and were completely blown away—not just by the food, but by the incredible service. Every single staff member, including the manager, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our night special.

We ordered the Spanish croquettes, tropical ceviche, burrito de chicharrón, beet salad, and the panko-crusted steak with gravy… and every single dish was chef’s kiss. Bursting with flavor, beautifully plated, and clearly made with care. That panko steak? Life-changing.

10,000/10—this spot is an absolute must. It is BYOB as well. A wonderful spot!

I travel to El Paso frequently for work and decided to stop into Starlite Gastropub with no reservation. I’m so glad I did. The food was excellent, the service was warm and attentive, but what truly blew me away was the live jazz duo.

Coming from NYC, I’m used to hearing top tier musicians, and that saxophonist was absolutely world class. The music elevated the entire dining experience and made the night unforgettable.

Starlite Gastropub has officially become my go to spot whenever I’m in town. Highly recommended!

Went to Starlite to show a friend from out of town something away from your typical tourist spots. It was great. Menu has a variety of foods for different cravings and the portion sizes are just right. Nothing was too heavy or too light. So it allows you to order other tasty items to share with the table. Our server was great and knew the menu very well. RULIS is a great chef and hats off to his sous chefs including Nikko.

I’m super happy to see Starlight and Sazon with Chef Rulis. Though the menu changed a little, all of my favorites are here. Everything is good, but the Pasta Chihuahua is my favorite. It’s really a unique flavor that I can honestly say that I’ve never had anything close to elsewhere. I also like the blue cheeseburger and the chicken pesto pasta but I need to come back a few more times to try the whole new menu. This is definitely where I would take out of town visitors, when they want a flavor of El Paso but and enlightened version of border food.

I took my family to try a new experience. The decor was very nice. My son had the Mac&cheese which he liked. One of my daughter’s had the classic burger. She said it was okay and the frys were really good. My other daughter had the chicken pesto sandwich she liked it. I had the chicken wrapped in dough. I liked it but I think it could have been better with a gravy on top. The salad was disappointing it was just greens and parmashion cheese and dressing. So overall it was good but Piedmont Cafe which is next door is better.
