Ive ordered several drinks from here. Always enjoy them. This is an iced carmel, macchiato. I only added 1 shot of expresso ( color difference from of you had it how it comes) I added strawberry cold foam to the top. Great drink will get again

Must go inside for an experience of shock n awe. Nice view, traffic heavy, friendly service and accommodating. Busy atmosphere and pleasant seating -decor that was surprisingly inviting.

The staff ignored the people who actually came in the store and I had to wait over 10 extra minutes for my drink after the mobile app said it was ready but the barista decided not to finish the drink until I finally had to ask! Poor service.
UPDATED: I am not one to complain much, but felt the need to elaborate on my initial feedback more:
The mobile app said my drink was ready so I went in to get it. It wasn’t at the pickup, so I sat down and waited for it. In the mean time I saw other customers come in and wait at the register to order and were completely ignored for over a minute while they just stood around talking to each other and clearly saw the customers. Then after waiting 10 minutes, I finally got up and asked the barista where my drink was, and was told she still needed to finish it. I saw it sitting right next to her half prepared but never finished with adding a drizzle of whip cream to the top. She decided to not finish my drink in lieu of prioritizing numerous drive thru customers. Most baristas are good at apologizing and correcting the mistake right away, but this barista seemed annoyed that I ask her for my drink to be completed. While I appreciate a response from the store, my complaint went beyond a long wait time and a generic “contact our corporate support”.

They make better coffee here than the one inside Ingles but golly everytime I go inside the store to order it always takes 20-30 minutes. Pls train your staff to multi task, like maybe working while chitchatting!!??? The lady who make my drink move like a turtle!

I have been to Starbucks in Waynesville off Russ ave a lot. However the last couple of times going my mocha frappe always taste like powder. Today there wasn’t even anything else you could taste except powder and it’s like sour. Needless to say I think my starbucks days are over. I can’t see paying $7 for something you can’t drink due to its sour taste.

Popped in to Starbucks in Waynesville, NC today and enjoyed the beautiful view along with an excellent mug of Caramel Macchiato. The service was friendly and very quick. I did not rate the food since all I had was coffee. This Starbucks is just a short hop off Hwy 74 and fairly easy to find. There is a left hand turn into the parking lot if you are coming from the highway.

Waited at the drive through for 20 minutes, and they forgot my breakfast sandwich. I had to go in and wait in line another 10 minutes. The sandwich was cold and very small. Smaller than a egg mc muffin. it had absolutely no taste. The pup cups were the size of a shot glass. Very disappointed!

Our favorite Starbucks in the area; drinks are always perfect! The drive-thru line can get a little out of control sometimes, but when that happens we just go in and place our order. The inside is always spotless!

They consistently mess up making a white mocha. They use the wrong flavor or don’t put any white mocha sauce in at all. Literally just milk and coffee, no sweetness. For $7 I want my drink to taste right.
