I love a good Starbucks “beverage”! I was watching closely as the barista made my drink, because no one else was waiting for an order. I watched (in shock) as she poured my cold drink into the cup and then dumped out another 3″ of the drink into the sink, same thing happened with the foam…Hmmm! Is this why the cost is so high? It just seems extremely wasteful. Could I ask for the “waste” in another cup? I already paid for it…..I will be watching closely from now on, just out of curiosity.

Despite the fact that this Starbucks location is very busy, I’ve always had prompt, excellent service. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and always willing to share their extensive coffee knowledge, and my order has always been correct. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, and the outdoor patio is wonderful when the weather is warm.

Ordered a Passionfruit/Strawberry frozen lemonade and received a pretty watered down mess.
Ordered thru the app. for pick up by drive thru. Ordered around 4:02 p.m. and got response back stating drink would be done by 4:08 p.m. I was already in the drive thru lane so by the time I got to the window, it was ready and on their counter.
Employee working drive thru window never smiled or greeted me. Just said my name and handed me my drink.
Drink was watered down and no taste. Wasn’t able to go back and get it done right.
I don’t recommend any of the frozen refreshers.
I normally have no issues with this location but I think it’s time to go elsewhere.

Whether you’re picking up at the drive-thru or in-store, nowadays with ordering ahead there are more than enough options for us consumers to pick – toppings, milks, mix-ins, etc. – to ultimately get what we want in our drinks. HOWEVER, no matter how advanced their workers are, people are people and the more complicated your order is the more likely something will get forgotten or misplaced or you’ll get too much cinnamon or not enough strawberries.
It happens at large fast-food/drink chains galore, but we’ve ordered MANY times here and they get our order. perfect. every. time. Granted it’s not a complicated order but again, people are people.

This Starbucks location is one I visit frequently, especially when I’m short on time and need to use the drive-thru. While it’s not one of my top favorite Starbucks spots, the drinks are hit or miss—about 70% of the time they’re made well, depending on who’s preparing them. Consistency is definitely lacking.
That said, the staff is generally kind, professional, and courteous. Shoutout to Amari—she always provides outstanding customer service and consistently makes my drinks just right!
Overall, I’d rate this location a 6 out of 10.

Go here often as I prefer this location over the others in the area (usually drive thru and all different times of day). The drinks are well made and the staff is friendly! They even will say like hey if you do ____ it’s the same as you ordered but cheaper! Which is always a great thing in my book! I’ll tip what I “keep” in my pocket just because of the awesomeness behind that! I’m always appreciative of them looking out for their customers! They don’t know me either, which makes me feel even more appreciative and tells me a lot about the staff and customer service they provide! Plus the drinks are better than the others 2 miles in both directions!
